Great holiday in fabulous location!

Sandyford is an excellent holiday let, everything we could've asked for - spacious, clean, lovely views from the balcony, modern appliances and all of the essentials we needed. The tea bags and lemon cake left for us on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated after a long drive! Wish we could've stayed longer - thanks for a great holiday.

Holywell Bay

Beautiful accommodation with spectacular views. A 10 min walk to the beach a bit of a treck with all the gear for the beach and all uphill on the way back so not ideal for those with mobility problems . A quick stop at the pub on the way back was a bonus. Quite location and 5 min walk to the local thatched cottage pub .they served excellent food and was great service. Beach amazing and accommodation beautiful ,plenty of parking for three cars .Would highly recommend this accommodation ideal location for exploring local area.

Perfect Holiday

We have been coming to Holywell bay for many years so so we know what to expect. The house was perfect for our party and was very clean and all utensils, kitchen equipment was of a good standard. no Complaints and would come again.

lovely house great location.

we loved the house apart from the maintenance issues lights not working, main TV not working and we couldn't get the heating system to work properly i would suggest a meet and great or a short video guide on how to work it. Location and layout of the property was fantastic a lovely place for a family holiday we would go back again

Beautiful house in great location - fantastic autumn stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandyford! The house was really comfortable and extremely spacious. The large windows really made the most of the views and filled the living room with light. Everything was in immaculate condition and spotless. Very comfortable furniture and high spec appliances - felt like a real treat to be staying in such a gorgeous house. Excellent location - easy walk to a couple of pubs and short walk to the beach. Also great spot from which to explore further afield. Thank you to the owners - we would highly recommend Sandyford!

Great stay.

Really lovely property. Immaculately presented. Only 3 of us so lots of room, places to sit, etc. Bedrooms comfortable. Great kitchen with lots of the right stuff. View is amazing, though not 100% private, but a quiet enclave so avoids crowds. Wonderful Beach on doorstep. Really do need a car for days out. Small, adequate garden which we didn't use. Could do with a pesronal guide on using gadgets, heating, ovens etc. Very relaxing place.
