Thanks for the review, we're really happy to hear your stay was nice and cozy. We appreciate your feedback regarding the utensils, I've scheduled an audit of them to go through and re-stock it as needed. We hope to see you again!

I'm thrilled to hear that your stay at this house was amazing, from the kids to Grammy! It sounds like the house had a lot to offer and provided a fantastic experience for everyone. The ability to park both your truck and Jeep in the garage, along with the plowing service for the driveway, must have been very convenient during your stay. It's great to hear that all the TVs had Roku, providing a variety of entertainment options. The well-equipped kitchen and the amazing bathrooms with jet tubs are certainly luxurious features. The beds with an extra layer of memory foam sound incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The abundance of games in the house sounds like a fun addition and a great way to create lasting memories with the family. It's also wonderful to hear that Destination Big Bear, the management company, was easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you for highly recommending both the house and Destination Big Bear management company. Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated, and I'm sure it will be helpful for future travelers. I hope you have the opportunity to visit again and create more amazing memories with your loved ones!

Hi Oscar, We apologize about any inconveniences encountered during your stay. We try to be as transparent as possible with sleeping arrangements and even note them again in each property description. In regards to the trash needing to be taken to the clean dump sites, this is a Big Bear city mandated law for all vacation rentals due to our location in the beautiful Nation Forest and all its critters. Please give us a call in the office if you are interested in coming back to Big Bear and we will do offer a discounted rate for these issues. Thank you!
