Beautiful apartment located in Via Frattina, one of the best known streets in the historic center of Rome, a few steps from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon. The street is very famous for having become one of the most important Roman shopping streets, with a stronger vocation towards tailoring. The property is located on the second floor with lift of a very elegant building. Consisting of a double living room overlooking the wonderful Via Frattina, this room is equipped with sofas and a dining table, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful wooden coffered ceiling and parquet give a touch of elegance to this wonderful apartment, perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend a short or medium-term stay in the heart of the Eternal City.

Wonderful stay for our family of four. Plenty of space and comfort for our trip to Rome. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Host met us there when we arrived and personally walked us through the apartment showing us everything and making us very comfortable.

A fabulous location in central Rome for a few days of sightseeing. We were grateful for the very efficient air conditioning. Check in was very smooth and flexible with good communication.

FABULOUS LOCATION The apartment is centrally located and a short walk to several of Rome’s famous attractions. There are two great restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment. VIB is literally right outside the exit of the apartment and Life Ristorante is a 5 minute walk around the corner. Although the bathrooms were small, the showers were great. All the other rooms and kitchen were as depicted in the photos. The apartment is full of history and character. We would consider renting this apartment, again, if we were returning to Rome. We’ll end with “ location, location, location”.

Amazing location, lots of space for our family of 5. Beds were very comfortable even the sofa. Communication was above and beyond. Excellent restaurants, shopping and gelaterias right outside. Close to so many main attractions like Spanish steps and Fontana de Trevi. Elevator was appreciated to bring suitcases up! Host helped us arrange reliable and fairly priced transfers from airport.

This is the perfect apartment for one or two couples, right in the heart of the city. Shops and restaurants are right outside the door, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are a just short walk, and a taxi stand is one block away for when you need to get to other sites, like the Vatican, Colosseum, or the train station (avoid Uber; the taxis are cheaper and more reliable).The entire process went smoothly and communication with the host was excellent. We loved that they arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which made getting there so much easier.Would highly recommend!

Kitchen was clean and equipped, bedsheets towels are clean and smells very good overall is clean , location are great very close to grocery restaurants and tourist spots . We enjoyed our stay . Shout out to Loredana was able to provide Us car sevice going to airport.

Communication was great throughout the process with Isaac and Francesca and the seamless check in process with Raoni. Thank u!!! Location is in a quiet street and within 5-10 minute walk of the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon, etc. As the street is wide, it was easy pick up or drop off for Uber or any car service. The service elevator is a bonus especially on days when you’ve already walked 10-15K steps during the day. Although there is a washer we ended up not using as it’s located in an odd place outside the window. But overall the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

What a beautiful apartment in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay, and would stay there again. It is on the 2nd floor (ground level is 0), and was comfortable for 4 adults and a kid. There is a lift!The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and both have an en suite bathroom, which allows for personal space. The living room could use more comfortable furniture, yet we made do.The kitchen was well stocked, which allowed us to make a couple of dinners.There is a washing machine, which was useful during our stay. They offer a drying rack out the kitchen window, and one that can be set up in the apartment. The stained glass windows, high ceilings, and seemingly original ceiling designs were pretty cool.The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian only street, which is close to several tourist spots like the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and lots of shopping. Having a second set of keys would be helpful, especially when those staying there choose to do different activities during the stay.Overall, we loved our stay, and would visit again.

Family Vacation in Rome

A perfect spot in the heart of Rome for our first trip to Italy. The property itself had everything we needed and fit our family of four with plenty of space for everyone. The air conditioning was especially appreciated as we were visiting during a heat wave. Communication with the property management was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Raoni was really helpful. He took the time to explain the property (wifi, the keys, sofa bed) and the location and also gave us family-friendly restaurant recommendations. All of his recommendations were a hit! The apartment was a good size and plenty of space for our family of four, but it would have been even better with a better sofa and few more kitchen utensils to make preparing food easier (e.g a chopping board).

Great experience

We chose this property because of the online presented photos and the prime location. It was what we wanted due to the walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. I would definitely return to this property because it met everything we expected. I was pleased that the accommodation was enhanced by the arrange airport pick up and drop off prior to arrival and departure. That made life much easier as we traveled.We were greeted at the front door upon arrival and walked through the property and were explained how everything worked. The Wi-Fi worked very well, which was important because I still had to work from Rome.I definitely recommend this location and the hosts were awesome

This apartment was perfect for us. Things I loved were:- each bedroom had it's own en suite, perfect for privacy.- one bedroom faced the main street, and the other bedroom faced THE quietest courtyard, perfect for light sleepers. - great communication with jacob, our host. he even arranged car service to get us from the airport.- they allow you to drop your bags prior to the actual check in time, eliminating the need to use one of the pricier luggage storage facilities nearby.- location was amazing. so close to all of the shopping and spanish steps, but on a street that wasn't as busy. best of both worlds.- we had 3 adults, and we never ran out of hot water...a rarity in Italy! I'm thinking that they may have a tankless hot water tank.- there is an elevator, another rarity in Italy! I would absolutely stay here again.

I brought my 85-year-old mother & 78-year-old aunt to Italy & found that the Frattina Atmosphere Apartment was the best place we stayed! The reason being, they both have some walking issues & the unit itself easily accommodated 2 elderly women with an elevator (lift) & no stairs. We had 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. This is very difficult to find in Italy. There were 2 separate areas as living space that easily accommodated a third bed if necessary. The beds were very comfortable, & linens were professionally cleaned & fresh. The hosts were very easy to speak with & stayed in communications along the way. I suggest WhatsApp for communications upon arriving in Italy as it is easy if you speak a different language (I'm American and no very limited Italian). We were greeted upon check in by Alessio who was very fluent in English & provided us detailed information on the unit, amenities & restaurants. Clothes washer was very much appreciated, & they provided fantastic hand & body wash. I like to provide more details for a true sense of the surrounding area to keep in mind for your specific needs. The area itself was in the center of a lot of restaurants, stores & attractions as indicated in the description. We ate at VIB Frattina a couple of doors down & it was excellent. The areas within walking distance (1 mile) felt safe for the 3 of us women. Taxi & Uber can easily get to the location, while bus stops are a little bit of a walk if you are able. Great location!!

From the very smooth (and accommodating - we were late) check in with Loredana, the stay was amazing. She was not only thorough during check in but very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The place is as advertised. Its perfectly located, comfortable, cool and quiet. Really lacked nothing start to finish. Will look to return on out next visit
