It was a great place for us to stay in Sorrento. We are travelling with our 20 year old and it gave us all plenty of room. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the town centre with lots of shops, restaurants and take-aways along the way. We met Giovanni at check-in and he was able to organise wonderful boat trips and rides to the airport. He is a lovely, young entrepreneur and a trustworthy and honest guy.

The location was amazing as we walked to the port daily to take the ferry. The elevator is small but convenient for taking up and down your luggage. The AC worked great which was so nice since it was so hot! The travel office was very kind to let us store our luggage when we arrived until checkin. All in all great place!! Thank you!

This place is really well maintained and it’s a nice place to feel at home while you are away! It’s nicely decorated and clean! The only thing they fan improve is the beds in the master bedroom as the bed is bigger than the frame the supports its, making it unstable on one side 🙏🏻

The apartment was great and very near the historic city center. Washing machine with a clothesline and clothespins were very convenient. Our hot water was great, then went out… but a quick message to the host generated a quick response / resolution. Would stay with this host again.

Really great place

Really great place. We were five people and the amount of space was sufficient - two bedrooms and two baths. The place was immaculate. The AC worked well. Surrounding areas were quiet. Elevator was available. Very clean! This was a great place in Sorrento. Close to the action. Several bars, restaurants, and convenience stores just steps from the apartment. I highly recommend this place.

Don’t stay here or any property managed by Amore Rentals. We had no information as to the building or apartment before arriving. We started texting the person who was supposed to meet us an hour before arrival. She kept confirming and then didn’t show up until almost 30 minutes after we arrived. After she showed us the apartment and left, I opened the door to the bathroom to a strong odor of sewage. Someone came to clean the bathroom but the smell returned the next day. That night when we went to take showers there was no hot water. Another review mentioned the same issue. They don’t replace the gas tank until it runs out and someone complains. This made us ab hour late getting to the ferry. As we were rushing out they were entering the building to check the smell again. They later offered us other accommodations that were less bedrooms or beds then we had, 20 minutes further from the center of town and half the price with no mention of a price reduction in our stay. Needless to say we passed on the same price for inferior accommodations. We asked for a 50% refund which was equivalent to the apartment they offered to us but they refused giving us a 10% refund over 3 weeks after we left. They still maintained there was no more sewage smell coming from the pipes but it was there the entire week. Conversations over the phone revealed they were aware of the problem but said it was a building issue and out of their control. Then they should not be renting this apartment.

Excelente lugar, excelentes acomodaciones y el entorno perfecto: cerca de todo. Solo que se pasa poco tiempo en el apartamento ya que sales todo el día a conocer, prácticamente lo usas solo para dormir.
