The “I Ruderi” Estate is a complex consisting of three charming villas with a distinctive, monumental swimming pool, located in the famous Capalbio area. Just a few kilometers away, you can reach the various beaches along the Tuscan coast, the well-known Etruscan town of Orbetello, the Argentario promontory, and the beautiful historic village of Capalbio with its hilltop castle.

Villa Etrusca, spread over two floors, sleeps 8:
The upper floor consists of a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette;
On the lower level, there is a spacious kitchen/living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom (1.40 m bed), and a bathroom.

*The villa is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and artwork and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, wall-mounted fans, air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, TV, and a hot tub.
*Included services: bath and bed linens, private parking, use of the pool with lounge chairs and a beach umbrella.
*Paid services: transfers to/from Fiumicino Airport, Capalbio Scalo Train Station, and Orbetello.
*Special agreements or recommendations for nearby car rental agencies, restaurants, and organized beach facilities.
*The property has a security guard on duty.
*The tourist tax will be collected in cash upon arrival


****For check-in after 8:00 PM, a 30-euro surcharge will be required upon arrival.

Guests have access to a garden and may use the pool and sports area shared with the other two rental villas
