Villa Luna's is located in a hilly area in the hinterland of Senigallia, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of Le Marche region.
The beach of Senigallia, known as the ‘Velvet Beach’, is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find long beaches of fine sand with shallow waters, ideal for families with children, beach clubs and chalets on the seafront, where you can have fun and enjoy the long summer days.
In addition to the beaches, in this town you will find a charming historic centre, where you can stroll around and admire squares, churches and historical monuments, such as the majestic Rocca Roveresca; renowned restaurants where you can taste fish specialities such as grilled fish, brodetto and fritto misto of the Adriatic; and many events, including international ones, such as the famous 'Summer Jamboree', an international festival of American music and culture in the 1940s and 1950s, attended by people from all over the world.
From the villa you can easily reach the villages and towns of the valley and visit some of the most popular destinations in this region. There are many places to visit in this area: coastal cities such as Fano, Pesaro and Ancona, where the sea and history blend harmoniously among the streets of these towns; historic villages nestled among the rolling hills, including Corinaldo, Mondavio, Ostra, Ostra Vetere, Arcevia and its castles; art cities such as Urbino, Gradara, Jesi and Fabriano, where you can breathe in the charm of the past.
There are also many parks and nature reserves, including the Conero Regional Park with its coastal pearls Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo; the Frasassi Caves, underground caves with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, in the Gola Rossa e Frasassi Regional Park; the Gola del Furlo National Nature Reserve; and the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, with scenic paths for walks and hikes between the hills and the sea.
This area will also delight you with its local delicacies and excellent wines, such as Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC, Rosso Conero DOC and Bianchello del Metauro DOC. In addition to these fine wines, typical products such as honey, oil, cheese, truffles, cold cuts and sausages can be tasted in local farms, allowing you to fully appreciate the essence of this territory.

This villa is located in the quiet Marche countryside, in a panoramic position overlooking the valley. Here you can enjoy complete peace, privacy and relaxation among olive groves and cultivated fields, the ideal place to regenerate in contact with nature.
Surrounded by a large garden with palm trees, olive trees and majestic pines, the villa offers plenty of space to enjoy your days outdoors.
The beautiful pool, equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, has a gradual depth, it is illuminated and has a Roman staircase and diving board.
From here there is a wonderful view stretches from the hills to the sea, with the town of Senigallia in the distance.
Next to the pool, a gazebo with sofas provides an additional area for relaxation.
On the ground floor level of the villa there is a large porch with opening French doors, conveniently accessible from the living room-kitchen, equipped with table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining.
In addition, on the basement level there is a large shaded area equipped with a table and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing near the pool.
Next to the outbuilding, there is a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue with friends.
There are plenty of opportunities for adults and children to have fun: a tennis court, which can also be used as a five-a-side football pitch, a table tennis table, table football and a trampoline for children will satisfy the tastes of the whole family.
The property is completely fenced and has private parking and an automatic gate. There are also 2 covered parking spaces.

The property consists of a main house and an outbuilding.
The main house is on three floors, connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor there is:
- a large living room with sofas, TV, fireplace, dining table and balcony with panoramic views of the pool;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine with cappuccino maker, table and chairs;
- a double bedroom with a small terrace;
- a bathroom with shower.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning.
The first floor consists of:
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony;
- a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.
On the basement floor there are:
- a double bedroom with a large French window overlooking the garden and a sitting area with armchairs and a fireplace;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a wellness area with a sauna-steam bath and a large shower;
- a room with a washing machine.
The outbuilding, located near the pool area, consists of:
- an open-plan room with a kitchenette, a double bed and a loft with a double bed;
- a bathroom with shower.
The outbuilding is equipped with air conditioning.
The main house and the outbuilding are also equipped with a sound system.

The rental price includes:
