The property was PERFECT for us! My two kids (18/16yo) had enough room to spread out and enjoy our own personal spaces. Kids appreciated NOT having to share a queen bed and I appreciated NOT having to coordinate sleep schedules (as we would have in one room hotel). The AC was key as the week was extremely hot. We enjoyed the terrace listening to street noise and a violinist in cathedral square nightly. Played games at the dining room table between wandering the city and day trips. You could tell the building is old but the actual apartment was very modernized and well maintained. The only comment for possible altering: some light bulbs in kitchen were out so it was quite dark at night and the terrace set was an eyesore. The lime green didn’t “go” with the rest of the decor of soft creams and pinks/reds. We absolutely loved roaming the streets and all felt safe at all times even if alone. A WONDERFUL vacation!

This apartment is spectacular! Beautifully decorated, very well equipped with everything you could possible need, super clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and so much space! The location is so amazing...right outside the building are shops and restaurants, it is literally a one minute walk to the piazza with the stunning church lined with restaurants, five minutes to the water, and a grocery store right around the corner. Check in was easy, the keys were waiting in a combo box. I struggled a little locating the correct box, but the host was easy to reach and replied quickly. I hope to stay there again someday, I can't imagine any place better.

The flat is quite European and comfortable! Right in the middle of everything! The only downside is the noise on street at night and in the morning- difficult to sleep for light sleepers like meWe enjoyed our stay in Como!

Beautiful home and in a great location. You are steps from Como cathedral and can see it from the balcony. Also very close to the waterfront. A/C was so nice to have. The host was very helpful and responsive and would give 6 stars for communication. We were a family of 4 and the home was perfect for us!!
