The apartment has two bedrooms and cozy spaces: a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed + single bed, ideal for groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped, while air conditioning, washing machine and Smart TV ensure maximum comfort. Located in a quiet historic courtyard, it offers an authentic yet strategic atmosphere for exploring the city.

This was an apartment right in the city center of Como, close to restaurants and not far from the lake. We walked everywhere. The communication from the host was excellent with videos to show where keys were located and how to enter and exit. Very secure location. Has a washer so that was a plus in the middle of a 21 day trip. Communication was also very prompt at all times. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect Spot!

We loved the Como apartment! The location was beautiful - great walking within the old section and close to parking for our rental car. It was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. That's exactly what we needed after a full day exploring Como!

Our host was lovely and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was in a great location and suited our family of 5 Adults. I would recommend this property.

The mgmt company was great- very communicative. Of the 5 ave I’d we stayed in, this was the only self check in. The key lock boxes were jammed and it was hard to get the code on the 2nd lock box.The apt was tired and looked like drab Poland. It was clean. It looked nothing like Italian decor considering this is Lake Como and close to Milan. Location is very noisy and the windows have sheer curtains so the streetlights shine in all night like daytime. We left early and got a hotel on the lake to have a Lake Como experience. Maybe we didn’t research enough of being in the city center. It was very different from the Lake itself. Not didn’t even feel Italian! So hopefully if this has what you need you’ll love it.

Clean, convenient location. If staying for more than 3 days, the trash and recycling information was not very clear. Also the buzzer code does not work so you have to use key. Overall, a good place to stay for a week or so.
