Facing northwest, this area is brightest in the afternoon and offers a splendid view of the sunset over the northern parts of the capital.
From the entrance, you can access the dining room and living rooms. The door on the right leads to the hallways and provides access to the property’s sleeping area.

The Bedroom Area

Facing southeast, the bedroom area is airy and bright from early morning, becoming cooler as the day progresses.
The view, overlooking a quiet residential area, offers maximum peace and quiet at night.

- Bathroom 1 with whirlpool tub (inside Bedroom 1)
- Bedroom 2
- Bedroom 3
- Full bathroom with shower
- Shoe closet
- Spacious closets in every room
- Spacious closets with additional storage space available in the hallways

Guests will have the entire apartment at their exclusive use.
All rooms in the property may be used.
Guests may use the garden and the building’s common area, provided they respect other residents and adhere to the general rules of good conduct in the building.
A parking space will be assigned to guests if needed.

Air Conditioning

The property is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning.
Heating season (subject to seasonal temperatures):
from November through March.

The living area does not have air conditioning; fans will be provided during the warmer months.


Air Conditioning:

Available in every bedroom of the house; guests may use it at their complete discretion.
The functional division into separate areas allows, if necessary, for the hallway leading to the living area to be closed off, creating a single air-conditioned space in the sleeping area.
