Huset er meget rummeligt og komfortabelt, ideelt til familier eller vennegrupper. Denne storslåede lejlighed ligger på 6. sal med elevator, har et areal på 200 kvadratmeter og består af en stor stue med smuk udsigt og balkon, spisestue med køkken, 4 store soveværelser (tre med queen size senge madras 190x160cm; en med en seng for en og en halv (190x120cm) og en enkeltseng 190x90cm). Alle værelser er belyst af store vinduer. Der er en queensize sovesofa i stuen. Møblerne er luksuriøse og huset er unikt, med en vidunderlig udsigt og meget stille. Air condition, opvarmning, gratis wifi internetadgang, tv lcd.
Lejligheden er beliggende i en bygning fra det 19. århundrede med indgang fra Viale Due Macelli. Placeringen af ​​huset er fantastisk, lige i centrum, der støder op til Spansketrappen og Trevifontænen. Spagna og Barberini Metro / Metro er to minutters gang.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

Pre wedding trip to Rome

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!

Did not want to leave!! Stunning apartment!

Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Good location with spacious set up

Stay was comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and the apartment is designed to give sufficient privacy and space. The kitchen is equipped well and the windows are large, bringing warm light into the apartment when needed, and with shutters when not needed. Good location for first time visitors who need proximity to sightseeing

Fabulous stay

Property was gorgeous, clean with great views and AC. Location was excellent, 20 min walk or less to Trevi, Spanish steps, Collasseum, Borghese! Communication with managers couldnt be better. Stayed with family and nxt time hope to stay with friends!

between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain

We all loved the location in the heart of the city and appreciated the wonderful trash pickup every morning and the street cleaners who polished the area every morning as well. The apartment was like living in a Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers movie set.

Rome apartment

This property was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean and convenient to all the Rome sights. Just a few blocks up the street to the Spanish Steps and a few blocks over on the cross street to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The bedding was comfortable, the A/C worked great even as hot as it was during our visit and the property manager was very quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely book this place again when we return.

Location spot on in historic building with lift! Sixth floor afforded incredible views. We were right on the doorstep to Trevi and Spanish steps. The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing. The appt needs to be updated. The walls are in need of paint. The bathrooms need to be updated. The cleaning company that is used needs to do a more thorough job.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome. We were a group of four couples, so having four bathrooms was a huge bonus! The space in the living room and dining room area was very comfortable for us to all relax together after long days of sightseeing. The location is perfect; a short walk to the Spanish Steps or Trevi fountain and very convenient to the metro. There are coffee shops, a grocery store, and several great restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy. We arranged a driver from the airport through the host, and he coordinated the timing of our arrival with the point of contact for check-in. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

Perfect location

Beautiful spacious apartment. The only issue we had was apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working. Up and down throughout the day was no fun. Up and down w/luggage was much worse.

Wonderful Macelli apartment

The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to the local cafes shops and Trevi fountain. Fidia was a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating from the moment we booked until we checked out. She arranged for us all transportation to and from airport, cruise port, and train station. Allan was super helpful too. Upon our check in, Allen was there to greet us and explained all information we needed for the apartment, from using keypad for door to operating washer and dryer. Allan also promptly brought us extra sheets, soap and shampoo when we asked. Overall, our experience at Macelli apartment was exceptional.

Loved our Rome apartment!

This large apartment was just right for our group of 4 friends. 4 br, 4 baths, but the best part was the large living and common space! Super location right in the middle of the trevi and spanish steps. Gelato, mini mart right across the street. Farmacia near by for your covid test back to USA. Taxi stand across street also. Walk about 5 mins to trevi, maybe 7 to Spanish steps this was the perfect 4 night end in romemafter 3 weeks in Italy before coming back home. Great communication with management Loved it. .

Perfect apartment

This was such a find! The apartment is much bigger than you would think- 8 of us, and we all had our own space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It had lovely balconies, where we took lots of pictures. The check in process was flawless and we were able to pay an extra fee to secure an early check in, which after flying over night and landing at 9am local time, we certainly appreciated being able to get right in. They had someone meet us at the apartment to show us around, and how everything worked, and they even had a nice bottle of wine and espresso pods waiting for us- score! Air conditioning worked great (Very important in Rome in June!) Perfect location- 5 min walk to spanish steps, 10 min walk to trevi fountain, tons of wonderful restaurants, etc... we will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Absolutely amazing!

Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at numerous hotels and rental properties - and I can confidently state this this property was one of the finest we've been to. The owner - Fidia was extremely easy to communicate with - and went out of her way to make sure everything was well taken care, including airport transportation. Her assistant Allan met us at the place and was also incredibly helpful. Check-in couldn't have been easier. And as this was our first trip to Rome - it really helped that they provided us with a detailed document with the best restaurants, tours, museums, things to do, etc. .. Fidia also recommended a friend to set up private tours - Crazy4Rome - and again - they were fantastic. Easy to communicate with - and the tours we took were exceptional.What's most important in any vacation stay? Location! And this apartment is just the perfect location - steps from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Tons of great restaurants outside the door and transportation was easy.The actual inside of the apartment was equally wonderful. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. And the central living room was spacious and beautiful. The views outside the windows were just lovely. All in all - couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you can - book it - you won't be sorry.(Only negative note - nothing to do with Fidia - is the Rome cab drivers can be a rip you off. Make sure they use the meter and give you the right change! )
