Nye forbedringer! Ren / rummelig - Sydvendt Htd Pool / Spa - 5 miles til Disney

Thank you so much for the kind comments. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we especially appreciate you mentioning that we were responsive and helpful. We work very hard to take care of our guests, pay attention to the details, and address anything that comes up as quickly as possible. That is something we really take pride in. We did want to mention the 6/10 rating because it seemed very different from the positive experience you described. We are very fortunate that our guests are consistently very happy with their stays and most often rate us 10/10, which means a great deal to us because of how much effort we put into making each stay the best we can. Sometimes these rating systems can be confusing, so we weren’t sure if the 6 was actually the score you intended to give. Unfortunately, a 6 is considered a fairly low rating and can have a significant effect on a property’s overall score. If your intention was to reflect the positive experience described in your review, we would really appreciate you checking with the platform to see if the rating can be corrected. We’d be happy to host you again at one of our villas, The Adventurist or Tropical Blue Villa. Both are on the same street and about 5 miles from Disney. Thanks, Bob & Dawnmarie
