⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The building is old and sound insulation between apartments is weak. You can hear the neighbours talking and walking, and the parquet floors creak; if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift. Luggage has to be carried up the stairs, which may be difficult for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will stay in a renovated 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, a 5-minute walk from La Fourche metro station (line 13).

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
