⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 1st floor, on Boulevard de Sébastopol, a very busy road. Traffic and street noise can be heard inside until late at night, especially with the windows open, and sound insulation from the neighbouring apartments is limited. Light sleepers may be bothered.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, 150 m from Sentier metro station, in a 50 m² (538 sq ft) air-conditioned apartment served by a lift, with a separate bedroom and an equipped kitchen with an oven.

Please note: Renovation work is currently underway in the common areas of the building. This may cause noise disturbance during the day (mainly on weekdays). The price of the stay has been adjusted accordingly to take this situation into account.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
