Enjoy a stay in this studio, which can accommodate two guests, ideally one, in a typically Parisian setting. Daily housekeeping is included, as well as a dedicated team available throughout your stay to assist you.

The living area offers a welcoming lounge space with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a television. It is the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The functional kitchenette is equipped with a cooktop, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for your moments of relaxation.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio measures 10 m² (108 sq ft) and, once opened, the sofa bed takes up almost the whole room, so you have to climb over the bed to move around and there is no space left to open a suitcase. It is ideal for one person; for two, space becomes very tight, especially with luggage.
* The shower is located above the toilet, in a small shower room. After each shower, the floor and the toilet bowl are wet, which may bother guests who are not used to this kind of layout.

On the plus side, you will be in the 17th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Pereire metro station, in an air-conditioned, recently renovated and well-equipped studio.

Housekeeping is provided every day between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., without linen replacement, only if the door hanger in your room is placed on the outside door handle before 4 p.m.
Linen changes can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Additional services can also be provided, such as taxi or breakfast reservations.

Additional amenities include an iron, TV, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. In the basement, to the right as you exit the elevator, there is a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Please use these between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors.
