Our stay in Madrid was wonderful. Elena was the perfect hostess. She met us at the property, walked us through everything and gave us good insight on how to get around Madrid and was available for any call. Her property was very clean.Could not have asked for a better location , restaurants , grocery stores all within walking distance. The checkout process was seamless. I would recommend her place to anyone.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable and the terrace is beautiful. I found easy access to the rest of Madrid with the Puente Alcocer station right across the street. There are restaurants and parks nearby so you can really feel at home. The hosts were gracious and even helped me with my luggage.

Wonderful apartment to stay in Madrid

I stayed there for 9 days and it is wonderful place to stay in Madrid. It is really how it looks like on the pictures.

Everything was better than expected. Friendly and timely greeting with all pertinent details and easily accessible for questions during my stay. It's a lovely neighborhood with everything I needed in within walking distance. The people in the neighborhood were all very friendly and helpful when I needed help. Highly recommend.

Felt like home

We had a very warm welcome and we got many informations over public transportstion, nearby supermarkets, Restaurants and so on... The Appartement is very comfortable and quiet!: Felt like home!!

Nice apartment with big terrace

We stayd in a well equiped apartment on the 5th floor with a big terrace.The train station is across the street and it took us 10 minutes to reach the centre.

A week in Madrid

Lovely welcome from Luisa. Very helpful. Flat is convenient as it’s very close to commuter train station & 10 minutes into centre of Madrid. Well catered for supermarkets. Pleasant stay.

Hutchins Adventure

The two hosteses could not have been more hosbitable. The price was fair, the bed was comfy for two big folks, had everything we needed along with the subway just across the street. Thank you ladies🌹

Great Owner & Location

This is in Villaverde, a suburb of Madrid . Great location, very quiet, close to Renfre & Metro. The owner, Elena, is incredible. She goes out of her way for guest. The apartment is complete. There is nothing one needs. I LOVED it! Silvia

Amazing property and owner

The apartment was incredibly cute and we loved the little sun room and the terrace. The blazing fast internet was a real plus. Elena is a very warm, honest, and caring host who helped us immensely during our visit which was due to a family emergency in the area. I hope to come back some day under happier circumstance. Also, the proximity to the train station and the bus makes this property very convenient.

Ideal location for us

We didn’t want to stay in the centre of Madrid but wanted to access it easily. This apartment was perfect as it was directly across from the train station. The area was quiet and the balcony was lovely. The bus stops were directly at the front of the apartment too. If you don’t want to be in the centre then I would recommend this apartment.

Wonderful Apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment was perfect for our longer stay. Had everything we needed and the terrace was lovely. The sun room was fantstic, we spent a lot of time in it when it was raining, and we still felt like we were "outdoors". The location is fantastic. Everything you need all walking distance. We found so many great reataurants. The bus is right out front and the train station across the street. Easy train ride to the Atocha Station and back. Our host Elena was fantastic, met us upon arrival, and was quick to respond to questions and to give suggestions. If we are lucky enough to return to Madrid, this would stay here again, we loved the neighbourhood.

Elegantly decorated apartment with buses and trains right on the doorstep.

It is an elegantly decorated, cosy city apartment with a beautiful sun room where we spent most of our time when in the apartment. The apartment is brilliantly situated for easy access to everywhere we wanted to go with buses and trains right on the doorstep. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. When we weren't off exploring we liked having drinks and tapas in Bar Cafeteria Renato which is right outside. The tapas there cost so little and are much nicer than the tapas you get in the tourist areas. The apartment owner Elena was so helpful whenever we needed anything and arranged a taxi to collect us and take us to the airport. We did enjoy our stay so much!

Perfect headquarters for a Madrid stay

This apartment is wonderful on all counts! We were met in person by a lovely host who escorted us to the apartment and gave us clear information about everything. In the packet of information were not only written directions for transportation and food and sightseeing, but there were also photos of local landmarks to make navigating the neighborhood very easy. The place was impeccably clean and very well equipped for eating at home and doing our laundry. The crowning touch is the large L-shaped deck around the whole apartment with an enclosed sunroom off the kitchen. We basically lived outside or in the sunroom the entire time we were there. We highly r commend this place to stay for people wanting comfortable access to central Madrid with peace and quiet and greenery when you come home from sightseeing.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment

We stayed at this property for 7 nights in May. A well-kept apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is well equipped with more or less everything we needed for during our stay in Madrid. Another added advantage is the location of the property. It is located across from the commuter line station, only 10 minutes ride to Atocha station. The condition of the apartment was great, just as shown on the pictures. Luisa and Elena were very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions They had useful information on places on interest, and transportation options printed out for their guests. I would certainly stay in this apartment again when next we visit Madrid.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, perfect for our family of 4

The apartment is nicely equipped with everything we needed. The indoor patio was perfect for meals and enjoying the sunshine on cool days and with air conditioning it was even comfortable on hot days. We were in need of doing laundry and were able to do so with the washing machine and quickly dry out on the outdoor patio. The inside of the apartment was perfect, parking was a bit tough some nights. Personally we used went to places like Parque Warner so we used our car a bit but you are only going into the city of Madrid then the train station is right across the street and inexpensive and couldn't be closer or easier. It's a residential area and not a touristy neighborhood so if you looking to live like a local it's ideal, but if your looking for a "center of everything" place and walking around the neighborhood it's not the place for you. It was perfect for us because we wanted to be out of a loud tourist area but close enough to get into Madrid easily.

Just like at home!

(El texto en español sigue) We stayed at this apartment for a month. It is very well equipped and very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to live just like at home. The terrace gives a lot of light and pleasure; we basqued in the beautiful sunshine and the bright blue sky of Madrid. The place is quiet, a few steps from the suburban train station (Cercanías) Puente Alcocer and two supermarkets. The train takes us, in ten minutes, to the Atocha station and the beautiful Paseo del Prado and the important museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemizsa and with another five minutes by train we arrive at the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. Train tickets are quite reasonable at 1,70 euros for a two-way trip. The apartment is exactly as advertised and we would return at any time. It is far from the hustle and bustle of busy Madrid but close enough that we could enjoy it when we wanted. Elena is a very kind and friendly host and helped us make our trip a good experience, before and during our trip. We would definitely recommend it. Nos quedamos en el ático por un mes. Está muy bien equipado y cómodissimo, y no le faltaba nada. La terraza da mucha luz y placer, disfrutamos el hermoso sol y el brillante cielo azul de Madrid. El lugar es tranquilo, a unos pasos de la estación de tren (cercanías) Puente Alcocer y dos supermercados. El tren nos lleva, en diez minutos, a la estacíon Atocha y al hermoso Paseo del Prado y los museos importantes: Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen-Bornemizsa y con otros cinco minutos en tren llegamos a la Puerta del Sol y la Plaza Mayor. El apartamento está exactamente como se anuncia y volveríamos en cualquier momento. Elena es una hopedadora muy amable y amigable y nos ayudó a hacer de nuestro viaje una buena experiencia, antes y durante nuestro viaje. Para recomendar!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung im Vorort mit sehr guter Anbindung an die City

Die Ferienwohung entsprach 100% dem Prospekt, außer dass im September der Pool geschlossen wird, weil Madrid auf 700 Höhenmetern liegt, und die Abende dann kühl werden. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die City (C5 nach Atocha) ist perfekt, 4 Stationen bei einer Frequenz von 10 Min. ein Traum. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und tagsüber Madrid und Umgebung (alles per Zug) genossen. Wir sind 100% zufrieden mit dem Quartier und der Lage.

Excelentes huéspedes !! Respeto vuestra apreciación. Es un alojamiento ideal para los que buscan las ventajas de un alojamiento tranquilo en Madrid capital sin los inconvenientes del ruido y aglomeración del centro de la ciudad y que a la vez esté perfectamente comunicado con el centro de forma fácil y rápida ya que en Cercanías RENFE cuya estación está enfrente del apartamento, en solo diez minutos se llega al centro de Madrid ( a la zona del Paseo del Prado, Museo del Prado ). Está muy bien valorado por ese tipo de clientes. Gracias por visitar Madrid !!

Ático maravilloso

Este hermoso ático nos brindó grandes comodidades, confort, limpieza, piscina, terraza que contribuyeron a una estancia inolvidable en Madrid. Altamente recomendable. La anfitriona súper detallista y amable nos ayudó con información y explicaciones de Madrid, muchas gracias!!!

o imóvel é excelente exatamente como mostram as fotos, local tranquilo e conta com parte comercial extensa, a localização é muito facilitada, uma vez que, o apartamento fica em frente a estação "Puente Alcocer Renfe" dez minutos de Atocha, a Luiza é extremamente acolhedora e simpatica, valeu muito a pena, voltaremos se Deus nos permitir
