St. Simons Pet Friendly Cottage

Very quaint cottage with close proximity to beaches, restaurants & shops! Perfect size for couple. Our two dogs felt right at home with the huge back yard!

Cozy Cottage

The accommodations were great! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very pet friendly. The location was also great. It was a very short ride to the pier, restaurants and shops.

Great Location Cute Bungalow

Half a mile walk to shops and restaurants. Cute and clean bungalow. Short drive to beaches. Dog friendly. Big yard. Quiet street. Airport was no bother. My only critique is I wish they used keyless entry. Picking up and dropping off the key was kinda a pain hailing our RV. Most places use a code to enter properties.

St. Simon's vaca

We are planning to move to the island as our primary residence. It was our 2nd time on island since May. Thanks so much to Property Mgr for allowing us an early checkin because we moved from another rental on the same day

Perfect little nook

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little cottage nestled into a wooded neighborhood was perfect for what I needed to do for the week. Convenient to the pier. Was able to make it like home for a week of a combination of work and fun. Everything was comfortable, and although there are neighbors, it still felt like there was plenty of space (nice back porch and backyard). It is very close to the airport, which might bother some folks, but the noise was only sporadic and as a former military member, it didn't bother me. Really enjoyed my stay, and as always, Real Escapes did a fantastic job with all of the administrative communications to make check in and check out very easy.

Wonderful Cottage Getaway

Perfect

We had such a great time in St Simons. The house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication was prompt and polite, and the check in/out process was very easy. We would go back and I don’t say that about everywhere I stay!

Like our first evening there the smoke detector starting going off in our bedroom atpund 1am scared us out of our sleep. We hadn't used the microwave, stove or anything that evening also. Second, the water pressure is the bathroom shower was alittle slow. Sometimes I felt like all the soap wasn't getting out of my hair. Lastly, the bee's nest under the front porch awning. Not a problem it's nature I was just worried being allergic. Other than those few little things we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our 2 pets. It is very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is convenient - a short drive to town or to beaches. Although it is near the general aviation airport on St. Simons, most takeoffs and landings take place in the day. We never heard any during the night.

Early Mothets Day Gify

Went they Real Escape Properties. Great group of people. House was so cute. Huge backyard. We sat on the back porch and drank sweet tea watched the sun set House was clean and so comfortable Great for small family or 3 or 4 people. Close to everything on the island Will stay again

La perfection

Chalet parfait pour 10 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là . Rien ne manque , c’est comme si on était chez soi. La situation du chalet est parfaite , à 7-8 minutes des pistes en voiture , village super sympa, une expérience que l’on revivra certainement.

My husband passed away after a very short illness with cancer within 25 days of finding out he had cancer he passed away. Our family needed this time away to relax grief together. This house was the perfect place for us to do just that. Yes we would rent Sammy's Cottage again.
