The villa combines palatial spaces with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Filled with natural light, the interiors feature a warm color palette with contemporary paintings, original frescoed walls and high ceilings, and floors of mosaic and terracotta. A beautifully landscaped park surrounds the villa, complete with flowering plants, trees, fragrant Mediterranean shrubs, and lemon trees.
Guests can relax on a panoramic terrace, enjoy the BBQ area, or play on the long well-groomed lawn. The villa takes its name from its tower, offering breathtaking 360° views over the Tuscan landscape, which you can climb upon request.
Inside, the villa’s decor maintains a sophisticated neoclassical elegance, creating a serene and regal ambiance with radiant colours and numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. Villa Torre Alberghieri includes five main bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, providing ample space for couples, families, or groups. The spacious living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen, make it the perfect retreat for quality time in a truly memorable setting.

LOCATION
Villa Torre Alberghieri offers convenient access to traditional Tuscan restaurants, shops, and markets in the nearby villages of Impruneta (home of terracotta processing) and Strada in Chianti, among magnificent castles and enchanting landscapes. It’s also just 4 km away from the Ugolino Sporting Center, where you’ll find golf, tennis, and a swimming pool.
The famous "Via Chiantigiana," one of Italy’s most scenic driving routes, runs directly south from Florence to Siena, cutting through the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region—a landscape known worldwide for its beauty.
Florence, with its rich historical and cultural offerings, is only a 30-minute drive away, making it ideal for day trips. Siena, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, and San Gimignano are also within easy reach, while the Versilian coast is approximately an hour away, with popular beach destinations like Torre del Lago, Viareggio, and Forte dei Marmi.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Amenities provided include bed sheets, towels, shower and beauty supplies, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and essential cooking supplies (vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, etc.).
Additional cleaning supplies are provided for the kitchen, bath, dishwasher, and laundry. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

- The Villa:
The spacious entrance hall leads to elegantly decorated living and dining rooms in neoclassical style. The living room includes a satellite TV, a grand piano that sounds divine, while the dining room seats up to 15 guests and opens onto the park and beautiful terrace through large glass doors. A well-equipped kitchen, featuring an old, large fireplace, includes a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Guests can also enjoy a billiard room with a classic antique billiard table and accessories for leisurely afternoons.

- First Floor:
Four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a single bed), furnished in authentic antique style, each have adjacent, spacious bathrooms—two with bathtubs and two with showers. All rooms offer tranquil views over the park and surrounding countryside, with each bedroom separated by a boudoir for added privacy and serenity.

- The Tower:
Access to the tower is prohibited for safety reasons at all times. Visits and photos may be arranged with the owner upon request and under supervision.

- For Larger Groups:
During the summer season, the Mansard Suite, located beneath the tower, is available for rent and can accommodate up to seven guests, making it ideal for groups of more than nine people.

Small Swim Spa with counter current, ideal for swimming, jogging in water or simply relaxing in one of the hydrotherapy massage seats. The swim jets and the flow of water can be regulated so that all swimmers will be able to enjoy themselves.
The swim spa will be open from April to September, depending on weather conditions. PLEASE NOTE: the water is not heated.

- Private Chef
Private chef services (Chefinvilla) are available with advance reservation (minimum 7-10 days). Options include dinner, lunch, continental breakfast, and cooking classes with chefs Sergio or Alessio. Our private chefs offer guests an exceptional culinary journey, showcasing their remarkable talent and expertise. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW…
- Car hire is strongly recommended to make the most of the region, as public transport can be limited. Please note the main entrance gate is 2.90 metres wide.
- For additional guests over 9 people please contact the owner
- By law, the central heating can be turned on from October 15th to April 15th (included in the price). Outside of these dates, there is an additional charge of €100 per day, payable locally.
- The swim spa with counter-current swimming is available from May to September depending on weather conditions and is not heated. Guests must shower before use. For maintenance, it is closed daily for approximately 30 minutes at 8:00 AM and 4:45 PM while water quality is checked. Children under 12 are prohibited from use. When the motors/swim jets of the swim spa are turned off, children must be supervised by an adult.

The city fee is 2.0 Euros per day and per person for the first 7 days (free for children under 14 years old) to be paid upon arrival.
It is mandatory to present a valid ID for each guest upon arrival, as required by law for registration with the local authority.
