The La Brisa Lofts apartment is a 2-minute walk from Las Arenas Beach and Malvarrosa Beach. It features 1 bedroom, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Air-conditioned. All the comforts in one space.

Located in the popular El Cabañal neighborhood, you’ll be right in the heart of Valencia’s fashion scene.
Just a stone’s throw from Malvarrosa and Las Arenas beaches (2 mins); and close to the Port of Valencia and La Marina Real. Valencia’s traditional seaside neighborhood offers a wide range of dining and entertainment options, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports, as well as Spanish and Valencian cuisine. Try authentic Valencian paella, sangria, and the famous Agua de Valencia cocktail.

Public transportation access: Bus and tram/metro stop right outside the apartments (tram lines 6 and 4; and bus lines 19, 99, and 93). With access to all of Valencia’s tourist attractions: the Old Town, downtown Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic, the Ruzafa neighborhood, the Carmen neighborhood, and the Turia River (Turia Gardens).

Across from the apartments is a public parking lot where you can park for free. This apartment is located at Calle de la Reina, 276. We have 3 apartments available: 2 with access from Calle Doctor Llunch, and this one from Calle de la Reina.
