Firstly, the view is amazing and when heated, the pool is a very nice. Dave who manages the pool is great and very helpful. Sadly a lot of the other parts of our stay weren’t great at all - There is significant building / machinery work next to the villa - this was flagged to the management during our stay. The neighbours seemed to be using heavy machinery to clear land / dig etc which was very disruptive when we were trying to enjoy the pool area. The overall state of the villa is run down, it needs some TLC - including the oven having no visible markings as they’ve been rubbed off, fire alarm unplugged and on the table in one bedroom, AC unit in main bedroom very loud/clunky etc etc. The cleaners seemed nice when we saw them, but sadly we arrived to a lot of ants and millipedes on the floor and a piece of rusting metal in the kitchen sink that then marked the sink. We also ran out of bin bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and kitchen rolls so had to buy our own, they leave a small number but not enough sadly. WiFi is very slow/unusable for most uses.Goats get into the gardens and pool area quite a lot, maybe 15-20 of them at a time. They drink from the pool etc, in general this would be fine for us but as we have a baby it meant we couldn’t safely leave our child in the buggy to sleep outside. Overall, we wouldn’t return based on the above points - it is really quite overpriced for the level of quality and wasn’t the quiet location we had hoped for.

Clean, also they cleand the House in the middle of the Week. All in all a wonderful Holiday we had.

Good stay after initial water issues!

It is a beautiful place with stunning views. Unfortunately It was a stressful start to our stay as we had no running water at all for nearly 24hrs which was challenging and unhygienic! The property manager was easy to get hold of and got the plumbers in to sort the cut pipe the next day which we were very grateful for. After that, we were able to settle in to the remaining holiday and had a lovely time. Lots of mozzies who enjoyed feasting on us so insect repellant a must at this time of year!

A wonderful place

We had a lovely time at villa Armonia. The view is amazing and the pool great. The place has everything you need and the caretakers Yannis and Natasha are very friendly and super helpful. It's the perfect place for a relaxing vacation as it is quiet and very private. The only thing we would recommend adding is a handrail for the stairs for safety reasons and updating the bed situation in the upper maisonette room. We really enjoyed our time in villa Armonia and are looking forward to return some time in the future. Thank you for everything!

Great location but you do need a car. Sunsets fabulous, my favourite time of day. The stairs were a little lethal since there was nothing to hold onto going up/down the stairs . I was thankful there was a nice bedroom on the main level. Not safe for families with young children. The sheets while clean had stains which was not pointed out to me until the end of our stay, would recommend they be replaced. One bedroom upstairs had two single beds but one bed was smaller than the other, would have expected them to be the same size. The house was clean and well equipped although the dial of the oven was worn out so we had to guess what the temperature the oven should be set at! Would recommend that you offer a service to fill the propane tank before the guest arrives (at a cost) rather than guests having to take it out to fill . We went to use it and it was empty hence us discovering the temperature settings on the oven were worn away. We didn’t feel comfortable going getting the tank filled ourselves. There were ants all around the edge of the pool so if you are squeamish beware, I am sure they are trying to claim back their territory. A friend seeing my photos was considering renting she loved the photos I posted but she has young grandchildren. I was not comfortable because there were no railings up/down the stairs. Having said all this, the location was perfect for me, away from the hustle and bustle.

Arrivée très bien expliquée par les indications données, Waze sera votre ami pour votre séjour attention neanmoins si vous louez une grosse voiture (mais pas de difficultés pour acceder à cet endroit, cela se mérite) Une maison très bien équipée avec un panier d’accueil plus qu’appréciable si vous n’avez pas le temps de faire quelques courses avant votre arrivée.une vue à couper le souffle et surtout au calme, juste incroyable pas besoin de télévision, juste à profiter!Bien située, nous avons effectué beaucoup de déplacements sans problèmes.Les cigales et les fourmis on s’y habitue très très vite car en pleine nature, pour les fourmis, juste être vigilant à ne pas laisser de la nourriture.Il vous suffira juste de passer des vacances reposantes et magnifiques comme nous l’avons fait. Merci à Fiona d’avoir répondu rapidement à nos questions et à Frankie pour l’organisation de notre arrivée, allez y mes yeux fermés !

Une vue magnifique !

Accès facile en autonomie. La maison est conforme à la description. La piscine est grande et la vue est à couper le souffle. Le piano, la table de ping-pong et les vélos sont des plus. Jolies attentions à l’arrivée (fruits, petits beurres, café, confiture, boissons, beurre….). Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour

Villa exceptionnelle au calme avec vue imprenable et une piscine à débordement à couper le souffle.Le personnel de la villa Armonia est très compétent et on remercie Anna pour sa gentillesse car ils sont tous au petit soin pour satisfaire les vacanciers.Je recommande fortement cette villa.Yassas

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wie wir es von unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor zwei Jahren kannten, war das Haus wieder perfekt sauber und mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend war auch schon mit einem kleinen Einkauf für die erste Verpflegung gesorgt (besonderen Dank dafür!) Das Haus mit seiner herrlichen Lage und dem wunderschönen Garten und Pool ist genau der richtige Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub in herrlicher Landschaft. Kleine Ortschaften, wo man Einkaufen und Essen gehen kann, sind nicht weit. Die fantastische Aussicht genießt man immer wieder aufs Neue.

A comfortable oasis of peace for demanding people.

Great place. very high standard. A quiet, beautiful place, great view, fantastic swimming pool and very good home furnishings. One note - I would recommend installing mosquito nets on windows and patio doors. In conclusion, I recommend it to all demanding people who are looking for an oasis of peace and privacy.

Gorgeous villa in stunning surroundings

This villa is an absolute gem. Set in a rural location it is like an oasis away from everyone else with breathtaking views over the sea. We loved exploring the local area and the tavernas in the village are definitely worth visiting. We all had an amazing holiday and would recommend staying at this villa.

A wonderful experience

The villa has everything you would want and more and the more are the fantastic views you get from the Terrace out over the bay and the hills. We wanted somewhere quiet and away from everything and this does that. Having said that though it is only 15 mins drive from a bustling little beach resort and an even nearer quaint village with everything you would want. The villa itself is really well appointed and lacks for nothing and the wifi works well and strong enough to download programs etc. We had a wonderful week just relaxing and enjoying Crete but the Villa made the week. Our only small suggestion for the owner is that a bannister up the full length of the inside stair would help those whose legs are not as young as they once were. We could not recommend this property enough and Frankie and the owner were there when needed. We will return.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Bucht und die umliegenden Dörfer.

Der Ausblick- ein Traum

Eine sehr schöne Villa, die uns mit dem spektakulären Ausblick und dem tollen Pool jeden Urlaubstag hat genießen lassen. Die Terrasse hat auch im Oktober noch bis zum Nachmittag Sonne. Das Anwesen liegt mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen außerhalb von Vamos. Wir fanden es toll, da wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genießen konnten. Wlan läuft mittlerweile im EG stabil und auch die Spülmaschine hat zuverlässig gearbeitet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great October Break

We had a great time at the villa. Lovely and clean. Nice warm pool. Lovely view over the village and down to the sea. The local village has a taverna which we used a few times. Very nice food and really reasonably priced. The nearest beach is a short car journey away, with loads of parking available and plenty of places to eat right on the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks!
