Location was great close to beach

Location was great close to beach. No steps to go down/up with luggage until you enter the property grate but was very minimal. Beds were extremely hard and made sleeping a bit tough. Pool is smaller than expected adults can only sit crisscross to be submerged in the water. Nonetheless is was nice to have.

Carmen was so helpful

Carmen was so helpful. She met us at check in and had to guide us via facetime down the steps and winding path to the villa. She showed us all around and helped us book a boat trip to Capri for the next day. She also helped us reserve a taxi to Positano. Overall, it was a great experience.

I stayed with 6 girls and we had an amazing trip! Carmen was so kind, energetic, and helpful, making it an incredible stay. The area had great dinners around it and easy access to grocery stores. It felt very local and away from the overwhelming tourism of Amalfi and Positano but fairly easy to get to both those places by bus! Thank you for an amazing trip!

This villa in praiano is incredible

This villa in praiano is incredible. Even better than the photos and honestly a dream come true villa. Praiano is the perfect place to stay with positano amalfi and ravello just a bus journey away. We seemed to prefer praiano to positano and amalfi as it was far less busy and had the most beautiful beach. The villa is positioned perfectly with lots of shops nearby and restaurants. Our host Carmen took good care of us, was responsive and gave helpful advice, she was the perfect host. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Lovely location, lovely accommodation

Lovely location, lovely accommodation. Amazing view, balcony and great sized pool. We typically parked the car for free 2km away from the accomodation. Buses are great, next time we will taxi. Local restaurants are wonderful and the hill walks home are sobering. 😂. Thank you for sharing your accommodation with my family.

This villa is in the perfect location with stunning views of the sea from inside and outside. The rooms were clean and spacious with high ceilings and the kitchen well equipped with everything in great condition. We especially enjoyed the two levels of beautiful outdoor space and seating under the olive trees and on the upper level patio and terrace to relax, eat, drink, and take in the views! The lighting at night in the gardens and trees were simply magical!! Our contact person, Carmen, was so kind and attentive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved the serenity and hospitality of Praiano and would definitely stay here again!

Our host was awesome, she helped us with everything. The villa was beautifully decorated, very very clean and had all the amenities we could want. Bedding and towels, even beach towels. The outside had multiple areas to eatlounge with breathtaking views. It was easy to walk to get groceries, coffeeto the bus stop where you can get to Positano in 15 min for 1.5 euro. This villa was worth every penny. It was perfect and the host was friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed our time there. Definitely going to go back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa in Praiano! The location is excellent—within a 15-minute walk to most places in town, and if needed, taxis are easily accessible nearby at Gym Tonic. The property is spacious and well laid out, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom on the lower level, and a third bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and a lovely balcony. Carmen, our host, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questionsneeded assistance. The outdoor area could benefit from some landscaping to better match the beauty of the surroundings, but overall we had a great experience and would recommend it for familiesgroups looking for a comfortable base in Praiano.

Villa Jacaranda was a beautiful and peaceful retreat, just what we were looking for. Carmen was an amazing host. She answered any and all questions immediately and was ready with recommendations. We enjoyed the town of Praiano. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance (must be okay with stairs!), all of which were excellent. We walked down to the beautiful beach and then were able to relax in the pool after. Visitors looking to visit the nearby towns should familiarize themselves with the bus schedules (Sita bus for either AmalfiPositano). We’d highly recommend Praiano and Villa Jacaranda for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi coast in a quiet and peaceful environment

The place was so beautiful and easy to get to from the drop off point! Our host was amazing and so helpful with our questions about the town/area! The only hiccup we had, was our check in time on arrival. I think there was just some miscommunication but the cleaning crew pulled up at the same time as we pulled up and there was a bit of an ant problem near the main door but that’s just being in the heat/humid region so we understand that is out of their control. So not sure what happened there. But it got sorted out in the end! I just think the check in time should reflect when the cleaning crew would be done. But otherwise the location/stay/host were perfect!

La casa un 10, excelente ubicación, vista mejor imposible !! Se llega a pie a la playa donde salen los barquitos, recomiendo no usar el auto ! Mirar bien donde dejan el auto estacionado, a mi me dejaron una multa, todavía no se porque, se ve que no podes dejarlo varios días. Es lo único complicado de la Costa Amalfitana!el resto increíble!! Carmen una genia !! Volvería !!

Pasamos unas buenas vacaciones

Pasamos unas buenas vacaciones. Es una casa de dos plantas con un cuarto privado por separado. Un poco compleja de encontrar, con acceso por escaleras como en toda la costa. La casa muy amplia, parece que estás en tu propia casa. Excelente área verde con vistas inmejorables del mediterráneo. Recomendado.

Host super disponibile. Il signor Giuseppe ci ha accolto in maniera sublime indicandoci esperienze e attrazioni del luogo. Casa super fedele alla descrizione, piena di servizi e comfort (asciugatrice, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, piscina, cucina fornitissima). Piacevole passare del tempo in questa bellissima location dalla vista mozzafiato, quasi da non volere uscire ad ammirare le bellezze di cui la costiera dispone. Consigliatissima, spero di ritornarci presto.

Sublieme locatie, prachtig huis met een fantastische buitenruimte. Het uitzicht is echt to die for ❤️! We hebben super genoten van ons verblijf. Onze host Carmen, was ook top! Veel positieve energie, heel welcoming en altijd bereid en bereikbaar voor hulp en tips van de omgeving. Jammer dat we weg moesten. 1 tip voor als je zelf wil koken, doe alvast boodschappen voor je bij de Amalfikust aankomt. Supermarkten zijn beperkt in aantal en assortiment. Wel goed excuus om lekker wel uit eten te gaan zoals bijv. bij het strand van Praiano, op loopafstand, een goddelijke plek tussen de rotsen met wederom schitterend uitzicht!

Fue espectacular , la casa es más hermosa que en las fotos , estuvimos en todo Europa y fue la Mejor casa de todas . Carmen fue súper amigable nos espero , nos hizo reservas de restaurantes , nos contestaba en todo momento incluso domingo. La casa queda en un pueblo que es Perfecto para conocer la costa amalfitana, incluso podrías quedarte en el pueblo por que es hermoso y tiene todo restaurantes cerca con vistas hermosas , súper mercado cerca, cafés y Bar. La equipacion de la casa es completa con todo lo que necesitas y en perfecto estado, la casa es amplia, limpia, con distintas zonas de estar y con una vista espectacular de verdad que volveríamos allí mil veces. sin duda alguna fue de las mejores estadías en nuestro viaje.
