Lovely small flat. Paris was extremely hot. Thank you for the fan. Wonderful cold shower! Coffee machine was perfect. Easy and enjoyable for 2 people. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Very organized and made perfect use of the space. Would recommend.

Great location. Very basic necessities. Did not look like this picture at all. Awful smell coming from bathroom, probably sewer smell that made the room also smell.

One of the highlights of this place is its location, There are numerous eateries on the same street, a bakery, and even a pub downstairs (yet the area remains relatively peaceful), The bathroom has been renovated, There is a compact kitchen and a refrigerator, However, the space is limited, It can comfortably accommodate no more than two petite individuals, As I was staying alone, it suited me well, The shower is quite small, so if you are of a larger build or height, it may not be suitable for you, All in all, I had a fantastic experience,

The place is quite small, something to keep in mind, The bed is really comfy, we had a good night's sleep, The amenities are great too: coffee maker, microwave, iron/board, vacuum cleaner, safe, hairdryer,,, everything you need, The bathroom and shower are tiny, a bit challenging for tall people, I'm 1,98m and had to bend over to shower, but it's doable, We enjoyed the location: it was quiet yet centrally located in the student area, Bus and RER stations are nearby, Overall, it was more than enough for our needs, Paris is indeed a bit pricey,

Cozy little studio apartment in central Paris. Great location and within walking distance of many of the major attractions, and a popular local park. Very easy access to bus and the metro. There are dozens of restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had enough space for two people. The pictures shown were all accurate. A few constructive feedback notes to consider: the shower is small and the hot water supply limited; the apartment is directly above a small pub which can be noisy at night. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and the value of this property compared to the tiny and expensive hotels in the area was well worth a bit of noise and short showers.

Keep your expectations in check, Paris is known for having small apartments, and this one is no different, Great location within walking distance to cafes, creperies, restaurants, pharmacies, a large park, and public transportation in the 6th arrondissement neighborhood, The apartment is situated on a quiet street just off a main road (very convenient), up one flight of stairs, directly above a peaceful restaurant and across from a cozy movie theater, If you enjoy sleeping with windows open, it's advisable to bring eye masks and earplugs, The noise level at this location is comparable to others, My interactions with the owner were minimal but excellent, I suggested that he consider updating the pillows and offering more amenities to warrant a 5-star rating,
