Very good : Location, clean, comfortable. Has all the basic necessities what you need to enjoy your stay without worries. It gets stuffy in the flat. No windows can open. There are works next to the apartment which sometimes caused noise.

Location is great. Apartment is also adequate for 4 people however it should be mentioned that there

Location is great. Apartment is also adequate for 4 people however it should be mentioned that there is a large construction project ongoing right outside the bedroom and lounge windows. This begins at 0730 with a crane and around 15 builders/workmen all with direct view into the apartment. The noise is deafening and throughout the day whilst the crane is operational, large quantities of rubble amd building materials are being hoisted up past the apartment. This makes a stay unpleasant and this is not mentioned in the listing to warn potential guests so they can make a decision whether or not to stay there while this construction is underway and looks likely to last another 12 months minimum. So our stay and the experience were unpleasant. Given the minimal offer of 10% off due to undisclosed situation we would not use guest ready again.

Excellent accomodation - it was perfectly clean, a high standard of furniture, comfy beds & food ute

Excellent accomodation - it was perfectly clean, a high standard of furniture, comfy beds & food utensils. Tea towels instead of disposable napkins would have been better for drying dishes. Shower had come off the wall and had't been fixed so that was awkward to use. The bathroom door wouldn't shut or lock so that needs fixing. You need to be above 5ft 2 or happy with standing on a chair to reach the crockery in the cupboards above the sink. The video they sent showing how to access the apartment was greatly appreciated and therefore I was more confident on arrival late at night. The looks were a bit fiddly - especially the apartment one. Give it a big tug towards yourself and turn anti-clockwise and it will open. There is a spar on the opposite corner selling hot pastries and a fab little grocery shop down towards the river. An elderly Portuguese couple who are very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk down the hill from Sainsbury's Benton station. We would use Guest ready again and also would love to come back to this apartment.
