Dette maleriske studie på 4. sal sidder på bjergene i den nordlige havn Island Wrightsville Beach med panoramaudsigt og havudsigt. Kajak eller Stand Up Paddle ud ad hoveddøren til private øer og bæk. Cykel (2 min) eller gå (10 min) til stranden. (Cykeludlejning inkluderet. SUP / kajak rabat leje). Beboelsesområdet er lille og hyggelig, men altanen, beliggenheden og adgangen er uovervindelig. 1 inkluderet parkeringsplads ved gaden. Minikøleskab og mikrobølgeovn. Great stay with a family of 3. Pull out couch for the kid, comfortable bed in the main room. Great communication and quick to respond to questions. They provided free bikes to enjoy the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

A breathtaking place with lots of character!

Jarrod and his girlfriend were great! They were so accommodating, even getting me in slightly early. They also offered a discount when I rented a kayak downstairs. This place is absolutely breathtaking, it’s so unique, and is just a short walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Could not be better!!!

Jarrod always answered questions promptly. Listing was perfectly described and provided us exactly what we needed to enjoy our first time to Wrightsville. Lock box for keys was awesome to have one less thing to worry about and the free bikes included were a great way to get around. View was AMAZING! having Jarrods kayak/SUP business right there made it so easy to get out on the bay and paddle around for a reasonable rate. Would stay again!

Perfect place and best view on the island!

My husband and I stayed for 4 days during Thanksgiving and Flotilla holiday. This property is truly all you need for two. It is super cute, surprisingly spacious and very very clean. There is not a television which for us was a PLUS!! We enjoyed tremendous views, peace, quiet and total relaxation. Jarrod was in touch with us quickly for any questions we had. We'll be back very soon and very often!

A VERY SPECIAL PLACE

This spot really does have the best views in Wrightsville & is a very special place! I've been a frequent visitor to Wrightsville for over 20 years, & have stayed in many different places, but this was one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. The owner went above & beyond to accommodate me including finding a place to stay Friday night since this place was booked. He & his girlfriend met me at the place as soon as it was available Saturday & they couldn't have been nicer. They even helped carry my things up. They said anything we needed, just call. Everything you could want is right here. They give you bikes to cruise around the island, & right out the door are paddle board, kayak, jet skis, & boat rentals. It was a perfect weekend staying here & we will definitely be back.

Wonderful location

If you like kayaking and paddle boarding, this is a great no frills place to stay. Jarrod was a super host. Everyone at SUP was friendly and helpful.

Great location!

Jarrod was a great host and the place was very clean and convenient to the beach. The view was incredible, and We really enjoyed having access to bikes and paddle boards.

Great Location and Adorable House

This was the perfect weekend vacation home! Everything was clean and neat and the view was just spectacular. The bikes that come with the rental were in excellent condition and were great for riding to lunch or to the beach. Jarrod was very kind and responsive. This house is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!

Best babymoon EVER!

I’ve been staying at Wrightsville for 30 years and this was the most magical getaway YET! I can’t believe we didn’t find this place sooner. We have stayed at condos to hotels...ocean front and sound-side...and this beats them ALL! My husband and I wanted a quick getaway before our baby girl is due and this was PERFECT! It’s a little quiet oasis that is still extremely convenient to everything. Jarrod has everything you could need (linens, towels, coffee maker, etc) and this little spot feels like your own private getaway. I was 31 weeks pregnant and the steps were not that daunting. My husband especially loved the water sports and we kayaked together one afternoon. The space is clean, organized, and looks like it should be in some sort of “tiny house” magazine. Jarrod is the perfect host, offering dining suggestions and always there if you have any questions. We cannot WAIT to come back!!!!

Clean, comfortable place to rest your head with a great view

Lovely room, really enjoyed my two days. If you have a hard time with stairs, think twice about this one, as it's on the third floor, but when you get up there the view of the intracoastal is delightful. Think of it as a hotel room - there's no real kitchen, just a microwave to heat up leftovers and a refrigerator for some drinks. The one thing that disappointed me? No screens. The only screen was on the doorwall. I couldn't leave that open at night for safety reasons, and none of the other windows have screens. There's central air, of course, and I was never uncomfortable, but this Detroit girl was yearning for some warm fresh air and I couldn't have any while I slept. Big bummer. Still, if you're off to the beach and need a nice clean place to sleep, this is a great alternative to a stuffy motel!

This place was exactly what my wife and I wanted for a place to get away for the weekend. Super easy to come and go as you please. Jarrod is super responsive and accommodating. The space is extra clean, functional, and the views are unbeatable.

One of a kind!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and it exceeded our expectations. The unique location has an unbeatable view with several activities at your door step. Right outside the door you have Wrightsville SUP (the best paddle board and kayak rental in Wilmington), Shred the Gnar Wakeboard lessons (run by current and former professional wakeboarders), and a boat rental company to explore the waterways. Our vacation goal was to be as active and outdoors as much as possible, contrasting our work lives being trapped indoors. Without a kitchen or TV, we escaped the trap of vegging out watching random shows and forcing us to get outside. Jarrod’s place couldn’t have made it any easier. Everyday we’d start with a coffee on the porch overlooking the waterway and end with beverage doing the same. In between we paddle boarded, went deep sea fishing, took Surf Lessons from Indo Jax, went full send with the guys at Shred the Gnar wakeboard lessons, and relaxed on the beaches of the Wrightsville islands. For meals we used the bikes provided by Jarrod to hop around the Wrightsville restaurants and watering holes. Jarrod also runs Wrightsville SUP and treats you with the same hospitality as one of his customers. Just as important, my girlfriend, who is a clean freak and hates staying in hotels, loved the place and thought it was extremely clean (phew!). Overall, it’s the best place for an active or “want to be active” couple to stay. We even tried to extend our stay, but it was already booked.

Adorable little space in the ideal Wrightsville Beach location!

Perfect little spot for 1-2 people. Ideal location to bike everywhere. Jarrod was very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. Very well decorated too! Would definitely stay here again.

Like a Friend’s House with a View!

Great location! Fantastic view! A friend’s house vibe! Walking or biking distance to the beach and eateries! Perfect location to launch to paddle the Harbour Island and surrounding area. Jarrod is super knowledgeable of the area and can give any recommendation you are looking for. Jarrod is awesome!

In no other place will you find a local vibe, good restaurants, kind people, incredible beaches, pristine marshes and everything else Wrightsville Beach offers. Relaxing is easy from this top floor 270 degree water view.

Walk down the stairs and onto the water in 10 seconds or tip back a cocktail and watch the blue herons fly past your deck. This place will force you to chill and realize how blessed we truly are.
