Located in an 18th-century building, Kiki House is immersed in a magical atmosphere where time seems to have stood still in the Middle Ages.
It features two bedrooms with double beds (1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed), a spacious living room with a double sleeper sofa and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs (electric induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator), and a bathroom equipped with all amenities, including a spacious shower and a washing machine.
Heating in the winter is provided by a heat pump, and in the summer, you can use the air conditioning. There are 3 split-system units (in the bedrooms and living room).
The windows are triple-glazed and provide excellent thermal and sound insulation. Wi-Fi is free, and the connection is fiber-optic, so it’s very fast.
Although the apartment enjoys a central location, the neighborhood is very quiet.
All major amenities (bars, supermarkets, shops) are within easy reach, as are numerous traditional restaurants, ranging from Roman trattorias to the most refined and renowned establishments.
Both free and paid parking are available nearby.
