Apartment A3 is situated in an excellent location, just 40 meters from the sea, providing guests with quick and easy access to the beach. A restaurant is nearby, while the market and town center are only a few minutes' walk away. Marina is a small Dalmatian town known for its peaceful atmosphere, crystal-clear sea, and numerous opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Active holiday enthusiasts can enjoy water sports, cycling, or exploring nearby historical towns such as Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The nearest airport, Split, is only about 20 kilometers away, ensuring easy arrivals and departures for guests from all over the world.

Apartment A3 is located on the ground floor and covers 50 m2, ideally designed for a comfortable stay for up to seven guests. It features two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional bed (90x200 cm), while the other bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). The living room includes a sofa bed and a smart TV and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and additionally – a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and offers high-speed optical internet and a smart TV in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Although the owners do not live in the same house, they are always available for any inquiries or assistance. The property also includes other apartments, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
