The property itself is built on two levels. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with ample seating, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own private balcony—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a large bathroom with a corner bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, as does the living area.

Outside, at the front of the property, there is a front terrace with outdoor furniture and a sunroom that is best used in the winter, and at the back of the property, there is an outdoor table and chairs with a barbecue.

The community pool is just 25 meters away. A lovely choice for a family vacation.
