The space
The property has strong gas central heating through out.

Living room:

Super comfortable retro sofa, TV with net flicks and coffee table. Wifi thru out property.

Bed time

Luxury double mattress, with fresh Egyptian cotton sheets and large wardrobe space. The bed is beautiful to sleep on.

The property also has a comfortable, pull out sofa bed that can sleep two people. Please note that this is a studio apartment and the sofa bed will be in the same room as the main luxury double bed should you want to have more than 2 people staying at the property.

Bathroom

Brand new luxury bathroom, with waterfall shower head, mood lighting, under floor heating, vanity sink. plenty of storage and mirrros.

Kitchen:

Good sized kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, sink, cooker, oven & coffee maker. cutlery, plates and cooking equipment are all provided.

Work Space/dinner

Large work space/ Dinning room table with 4 comfortable chairs, plants and sash window looking onto the street below.

On arrival we will meet you at the property and run you thru everything to ensure you have an amazing stay. We live locally should you have any issues.
Other things to note
Please be aware that this flat is in the centre of Soho and can sometimes be noisy. Those who want silence should consider this before renting.

Should any of your party have mobility issues, there is 3 average sized fights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The property has elderly residents downstairs and other long term tenants in the building. Therefore noise must be kept to a minimum between 11:00pm and 06:00am.

Parties are not permitted in this property.

Guest found to be holding parties or disturbing our neighbours will be asked to leave immediately.

Very conveniently located in theatre district and within walking distance to sites like Whitehall Castle, Trafalgar Sq., Buckingham Palace, National Gallery. So many restaurants and nightlife nearby.

There was a few things that did not look the same that was in the picture, but for the most part, it was really nice. The location was good. The only drawback was the stairs and trying to carry the luggage down stairs. The property manager did help bring our luggage upstairs, but it was very difficult to get them back down because luggage was so heavy.

We loved the flat. The great amenities were a must when staying so long and much appreciated. Everything was in new condition, washer, stove, fridge and worked perfectly. Having coffee pods, tea and fresh milk for when we arrived was sweet. Bathroom as well was superb, well kitted out . I can’t say enough about feeling as though I was in the center of the universe, short walks to everything. The host leaving flowers and a card for my birthday was a lovely surprise. Thank you so much for the best birthday of my life.

Perfect location with theaters and restaurants a short walk. Convenient to trains and very walkable to most places you’ll go. It was super convenient having a washer in the flat. Would definitely stay again next trip to London .

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our stay in Soho. Several windows allow for good airflow. The location allows for easy walking access to many sites in/around London. If you want proximity to nightlife, this is your spot. That said, noise is very apparent in the late hours as the apartment is close to several clubs. It didn't bother us, but light sleepers should be mindful of this. Additionally, there is no lift to access the apartment, so this does require navigating a narrow stairway. Again, not an issue and is to be expected in some buildings, but could present a challenge if you have larger luggage bags. Overall, good apartment for a stay in Soho.

The flat was large, clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were both modern. Very central to the theaters and close to Picadilly and Covent Garden. I did have an issue with the Wi-Fi as it initially did not work, but I rebooted the router and it resolved the issue. It was very hot in London during the week I was there, so bought a fan as I had to keep the windows closed at night. It is in the middle of Soho and noisy until very late. I should’ve known better! There is a double glazing on the windows, but it’s only so good.

The property is great and right in the middle of the action in SoHo! The bed is very soft, and the host is great. Very happy with the stay.

Super loud location. Place doesn’t have AC so we had to leave windows open. Below the street there are several bars with drunk guests being super loud and fighting on the street until 3/4AM. We did not have one night of good sleep. Other than that, location is very central, we felt safe and check in lady was super nice although communicati n with owner via VRBO portal was very slow and less than desirable.

Hôte très accueillant, appartement très bien situé, mais il faudrait prévenir tout de même que l’endroit reste bruyant, plutôt à privilégier si l’on veut sortir !

The property was build in 1887 and is very historical, it has view's of famous historical art works on the adjacent buildings. The property is very culturally rich and offers an authentic soho experience.
