Hi! My name is Teresa. Last year was the first time we rented out our house during the summer months, and the experience was very positive, so we’re doing it again this year. I must confess that living here makes me feel truly privileged, and often it feels as if I have my own private beach...
The house is 157 m² and is located right on the beach, just a few meters from the sand.
Puçol Beach has won the most prestigious awards for its exceptional quality, yet it remains a very quiet, family-friendly beach.
The cities of Valencia and Sagunto are just a 15- and 10-minute drive away, respectively.
I think a stay at our house would be perfect for those who love the sun, the beach, and the sea. It’s ideal for families with children and also for those who want to explore Valencia from a prime location right by the Mediterranean Sea.

COVID-19 Protocol
In light of the difficult situation caused by COVID-19, we want to ensure that we are doing everything in our power to guarantee our safety, that of our guests, and that of the entire community.
Measures we are taking:
- We will leave a 72-hour gap between one reservation and the next to properly clean and disinfect the house.
- We’ve added disinfection to our regular cleaning routine, with special attention to all “high-touch” surfaces, such as, among others, appliances, remote controls, doorknobs, handles, handrails, bathroom and kitchen faucets, light switches, doorbells, and all countertops.
- Before each new guest arrives, all dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are washed at high temperatures.
- Before each new guest arrives, all towels and sheets are washed on a 60° wash cycle.
- We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by the relevant authorities in our country.
- We provide products such as disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, hand sanitizer, hand soap, etc., so that our guests can clean on their own during their stay at the accommodation.
