The 3A's Family Luxury Villa in Rethymno Town is a magnificent retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. With a spacious area of 250m², this fully-equipped villa accommodates up to 6 guests, making it the perfect destination for family vacations or a serene getaway with friends. As you step into the villa, the ground floor opens to a bright, airy living space with an open-plan design. The living room, seamlessly connected to the dining area, provides ample space for relaxation and gathering. Adjacent to it is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals with ease. A dedicated working space (office) allows for privacy and focus, ideal for guests needing to balance leisure with work. Additionally, there is a convenient guest WC on this level.



An elegant internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC, offering privacy and luxury. The other two bedrooms each feature two single beds, perfect for children or friends. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower and WC. All bedrooms have their own private balconies, providing tranquil views of the surrounding landscape and are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort in every season.
