Overall great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Clean, great location, easy access. Only bad thing was the pool and spa workers was kicking you out and locking the doors before the posted close time of 10pm every single night. Otherwise great experience and will be back.

The beach view was awesome! The heated indoor pool was nice as the temp outside was a bit chilly. Great area to stay - not too busy, but close to things needed. Staff at the complex was wonderful - friendly and helpful! Stressed a bit as check-in information did not get to my email. Resolved within an hour though. Would definitely stay again!

It’s the little things that make the difference.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice property that with a few changes could turn the corner to a wonderful property. It’s the little things that make the difference, providing a visitor with filters for the coffee maker, hot pads or oven mitts would be beneficial. It seems like the furnishings were purchased with the only criteria being cheap. The pans were warped, utensils unusable, refrigerator ice maker broken. Fix those items and this property is exceptional. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the Majestc Sun 705B unit. The unit was nice. The couch cover and living room chairs could use some deep cleaning due to a significant amount of stains but the unit was decorated nice and equipped with all the needs. I do wish the towels were softer, they were very thin and rough on your skin. We will be back !

Great location and amenities

We spent 4 nights here for a family girls trip. Love the location and proximity to the beach. The pool/ hot tub was nice and really enjoyed the Kilwins on site. The only downside was the dryer in the condo. Had we stayed any longer it would have been an issue. It doesn’t seem to get hot so even the smallest of loads took 3-4 cycles to dry. There aren’t enough towels to not do laundry. We ended up washing and drying our towels over the dining chairs overnight. All and all the stay was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

Great view & location

The breathtaking views and convenient location make up for the fact that the unit could use some updating. The unit was cleaned well, but the upholstery on the furniture needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were acceptable. The dishwasher did not work, but we didn’t get around to reporting it. Overall a good experience and pretty good value for the location. The management company made the rental process and check-in easy.

Spring break

Nice place! Beautiful views, pools & hot tubs. Easy walk to the beach. Nice surf shop on the first level of the building to pick up souvenirs & boogie boards. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen could use more pans for cooking, such as a frying pan & a cookie sheet or pizza pan. I had to go buy a pan to be able to make eggs. I read this in a previous review & figured that the problem would've been taken care of. It wasn't, so bring some pans from home.

2024 vacation

We definitely enjoyed our time In Miramar. The condo was exactly what the pics looked like. Some things need to be updated but overall everything was great. Only 2 complaints I have are that the dryer isn’t very well it took 2-3 times to dry a load of laundry and the back door is really hard to open and close. Mayb just needs a little oiling but overall we really enjoyed our time and the location was perfect to see the ocean. Oh, 1 more thing the elevators were horrible. They are working on them so hopefully in the future they won’t be as bad.

Disappointed

For the price of the condo I expected more. The couch was dirty and stained, I placed a sheet over it so my children could sit on it. The bathrooms are well past the need for a remodel. Black moldy grout and dirty tubs and sinks. Would not rent again.
