Oh what a wonderful place to be!

This condo complex is great. There are rules regarding quiet hours which makes it a perfect & relaxing place for your family. The staff were welcoming, kind, professional, and responsive. We had a small issue with our fridge & they came & fixed it expeditiously. Their private beach was amazing; not crowded due to the small number of condos and a very shallow sandbar very close to the shore with a short distance of waist-deep (for adults) water to get to it. The kids had a blast walking on the sandbar & jumping off of it. The chairs and umbrella were already set up every day for our convenience. This was a much needed reprieve for us & came at just the right time!

FCM & PRM Stay in 8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit and we've used it for several years. We wish that the unit had at least one nice reclining padded chair. The couch cushions slide off the coach. The TV is great but it is not a smart TV so we can't use our subscriptions. The kingsize bed is very confortable. We've booked again for an extended period in 2024-2025.

Next year we are sharing a 3rd floor with my sister in law and her family but since we like 8 so much, my mother in law booked 8!!! Kitchen is fully equipped (which I appreciate bc I love to cook), the master bed is super comfortable, and the location is PERFECT!

Location, Location, Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this rental very much. It was better than the one we stayed in last year, mainly because there was a second bathroom with a shower. Both showers were great! The unit could use an overall deep clean, especially the kitchen cabinets. A vacuum would be useful inside the unit to deal with the sand. Location couldn't be more perfect with a short walk down to the beach. Easy to head back up to grab lunch or something you may have forgotten.

Review of Unit 8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean. Everything was functional. The unit needs a coffee table instead of a travel trunk. Several of the wall outlets need to be replaced. The maintenance man changed out 2 outlets and the switch to the overhead outlet in the kitchen. After he left we found several other outlets that were loose. Big problem is the ceiling. We could hear every step the people in the unit about us took. All the people in the office were very helpful and friendly.

Coral Reef Club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. It is well managed. The unit was clean as could be. I would recommend that the owner replace the two chairs in the living area. One is way too low and the other doesn't recline at all. Other than the chairs, this is a great unit and we plan to rent it again next year. Thanks to the management, desk people and especially to the cleaning staff.
