Velkommen til denne smukke tre etagers condo bygning beliggende direkte på den Mexicanske Golf. Gå lige ud af din dør og gå til den smukke strand. Du vil have din egen private strand, der aldrig er overfyldt som de andre højhuse i området. Og du vil have to strandstole og en paraply, der venter på din personlige brug 1. marts til 31. oktober til korttidsleje. Tag elevatoren til denne rummelige enhed på anden sal med 1 soveværelse med king size seng og 1 bad. Du vil have din egen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden, en gang alove med køjesenge, gratis WIFI og et fuldt udstyret køkken, der også inkluderer en Keurig kaffemaskine til din bekvemmelighed. Stuen / spisestuen har en privat balkon med udsigt over den skinnende Mexicanske Golf. Leg i den opvarmede pool og boblebad ved stranden, eller gå ud på en af de smukkeste strande i verden.

Great location!

Condo just as listed. Very clean, updated, and property management is helpful, friendly, and readily available. This specific condo is right beside the beach access stairway, and we loved it! Perfect for my family of 4.

Out the back door, down the steps and over the dune.. bam there you are right on the beach! Beautiful white powdery sand and crystal clear water.. The unit however could use some newer furnishings. The bed was so soft.. too soft for our liking. We sunk and it was hard to move around.. then there’s the sofa.. when you sit on it you feel the springs. Needs updating. Loved the tall chairs on the deck though! Overall it was a great place .. 😎

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering 108, the newly updated decor makes you feel excited to be at the beach. The colors were soothing and pretty. When we started bringing in our things, we noticed coffee still in the coffee pot...the kitchen was not clean at all. There wAs long dark hair in the bedsheets. I spent the first three hours of our stay cleaning the unit. That night we noticed that although the living room was cool, there was no circulation of air in the bedroom. We called the office the following day and the maintenance man was rude and said it was hot outside and that is why it was hot inside. I told him my parents had a unit next door with the same layout and their bedroom was cool. After much back and forth, we were finally moved to a different unit. Rude rude people that you have to deal with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been vacationing at Seafarer for over 20 years. Beach chairs have always been first come first serve. We were told on the phone this was still the practice and we were told this at check in. However they were all reserved all week. There is a noise and no smoking ordinance and these were not enforced. Pot smoking and cigars. Moving furniture around late at night.

Seafarer #108

Nice building with only two floors of condo units. Great location close to an abundance of good restaurants. Unit #108 was picked by us because we loathe carper floors in vacation rentals and this unit is entirely tiled. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was fine for our needs. This unit is also far away from the waterside pool if quiet is important to you.

Lovely location, accommodation, and staff!

This was such a great find for us over Spring Break! The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. The beach was steps from the door and the view from the balcony was gorgeous! The unit comes with two chairs and beach service. This unit was right by the elevator and the breezeway leading to the beach, making access to the beach and our car very convenient! Also, the Seafarer was so quiet!! Surprisingly quiet since there is a hotel across the street and condos on either side. Everyone that worked there was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had. Absolutely loved our stay here!!
