The place itself is nice. Nice view, AC was excellent. Location is good- all to do things near river is within 2 min walk. Walk to center is 10-15 min. Water pressure was just fine. Extra towels and thin blankets were there at the wardrobe.

Location could not have been better, although there are alot of steps to get into the city, you cant escape this in porto, right on the river with fantastic resteraunts/bars, near all of the tour pickups, and the apartent itself is nice too

First time visit to Porto and we found or location to be the best. The apparent is right by the river with an amazing view of the bride and the riverfront. It is a 2 minute walk where all the nightlife happens around Riviera which is great because it makes it extremely quiet at night. There are steps to get to the apartment but this is almost mandatory in Porto and we didn’t find them too troublesome. Otherwise the apartment is right next to the bridge that takes you to Gaia to watch the sunsets and the lift to take you to the upper part of Porto to avoid the stairs if you want. 10/10 would stay here again.

The place was very nice! You absolutely can’t beat the view and location. The street is classic Porto. Be ready for the stairs! Once you are there, it is so worth it! Great service and easy communication. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal if you want to be right next to the Ponte Luís I bridge in a busy, central area on a steep road. However, that’s where the positives end.We left within an hour of arriving. The “balcony” is directly below a miradouro (viewpoint), where hundreds of people pass by and can look straight down into the space. There is essentially no privacy.The balcony itself was covered with broken beer bottles and garbage that had clearly been thrown from above. Combined with a few abandoned buildings nearby, the overall environment felt uncomfortable and unsettling.The listing is very misleading, particularly regarding the balcony and privacy. I strongly recommend the host be more transparent about the actual conditions of this property.

I hope to anyone reading this that it is their warning to not stay at this apartment or any guest ready home (coming from someone who used them twice). To start we arrived at this condo to find no way to get into it. The check in instructions, lead us to a lock box with no key. Our check in process ended up being 2 hours of sitting on the concrete stairs outside waiting for a key. We later found out that the cleaner could not get in so the room was not cleaned and they just left. They notified me they I will be compensated for this experience, which they offered $30 and told me inconveniences happen sometime. After we finally got into the clean apartment 4 hours after the stated check in time it was not clean. The pullout couch duvet had blood on it, photos from the previous guess were in the place, and the glasses were still dirty. I hope anyone reading this realizes the guest ready service is not better than dealing directly with a host. I would not recommend using them.

The communication was great and efficient although everything seemed to be pop ups about signing on to the app. all about the business rather than personal. The apt is spacious and in a great location although you have to be fit for all those steps. The apartment smells of underlying damp issues esp in the bathroom, I kept the door and windows wide open to circulate the air. There were no hand towels although they did deliver some after 3 days in. There is a specialised coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee pods to make the coffee. The bed was comfortable although the pillows could do with replacing as they weren't too fresh. The small wardrobe was mostly taken up with their own storage of things. Check in was as described and easy and communitcation was good. The girls who delivered the towels were really sweet and apologetic. Pleasant.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung in Porto. Der Blick auf den Fluß, die Brücke, das Kloster - einfach phantastisch. Das entlohnt auch den etwas mühsamen Treppenanstieg bis zum Haus. Ansonsten empfiehlt es sich, alle Vorhaben in der Umgebung strategisch gut zu planen, um die Anzahl der Treppenanstiege in Grenzen zu halten.... ;-). Außerdem sollte man berücksichtigen, dass es nicht ganz leise ist. Man hört die Metros oben auf der Brücke, den Trubel unten am Douro-Ufer und samstags auch mal ein Partyschiff auf dem Fluss. Aber für einen ruhigen Urlaub sollte man vielleicht eh keine Städtereise machen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Porto. La vue sur le pont du Douro est absolument magnifique, surtout au coucher du soleil. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du fleuve, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville. L’appartement est très propre, joliment décoré et particulièrement calme, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visites. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Porto.
