The location was great. Our family had a great week at the beach. I felt like the rug could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was a perfect stay on the other side

The beach was a 3 minutes away. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The sofa was stained and not supportive. Several beds were too soft and not comfortable. Vanity light fixtures were dirty and other areas needed dusting. Great location and all appliances worked.

When we arrived, it was somewhat difficult to contact the owner because the phone number listed was not correct. I emailed VRBO, and almost immediately, the owner contacted me to resolve the issue. After that, the communication was excellent, and he handled the situation very professionally. This place is really close to the beach and is beautifully decorated with welcoming details. It is super comfortable for a large family. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will most likely use it again for our next family gathering.

Great Location and Responsive Host, with a Few Minor Drawbacks

This property is exactly as advertised and in a fantastic location just steps from the beach. You can easily walk to restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and souvenir stores, which made our stay super convenient. The home was stocked with great beach gear—chairs, two wagons, a couple of umbrellas, boogie boards, and plenty of toys for younger kids, which we really appreciated.We had a couple of small issues during our stay, but the owner was extremely responsive and addressed them quickly and professionally.There are three designated parking spots—one in the garage and two just outside the unit. It's worth noting that these are the only parking spaces available, so if you're expecting guests or have additional vehicles, parking could be a challenge.While the overall experience was positive, there are a few small details that could be improved. The kitchen only had one full set of plates and silverware, which meant running the dishwasher after every meal. Additionally, basic supplies like extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent were not provided beyond the initial stock. This was surprising, as it's the first property I’ve stayed at where these essentials weren’t included, so be sure to bring or buy extras when you arrive.Overall, a great stay in a great spot—with a little prep and a few upgrades, it could be perfect.

Excellent!!

We always love staying in this complex. This unit was excellent and great location!! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with items needed. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Loved the extra beach items and coolers they have for use. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great Location

Property was just as described. Parking could have been better, no fault on the property manager, he Luis was awesome, always responded and was willing to do whatever to fix things. We had a great time. The only bad thing is the issues with the certain beaches, ypu can only use umbrellas, signs are ppsted on the beaches in specific spots. As for the rental and location it was awesome.

Great location and beautiful home!

This home has everything you need…. Great location, plenty of space, all the amenities to make your beach Vacation great. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. Parking for 3 if you utilize the garage was also great , as it’s a tough area to find parking. Beach access right across the street was perfect.

Fantastic property!

This is an awesome place! We loved everything except for the showers barely had lukewarm. But Luis was great with communication. He helped with everything he could. This was just in the perfect location. Easy to get to the beach! This place would definitely be a 5 star place had it not been for the shower experience.

Lots of space, great location!

We were traveling with a group of 7, and we had a perfect amount of space and more. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the beach access is easy, and the use of codes for all entrances makes it easy for everyone to come and go. The provided items such as beach chairs, wagons, and towels were great. We really enjoyed the weeklong stay!

Great Host

My group had a great stay. This property is in a great area- it was a four minute walk to the beach. The host was prompt, polite, and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location on Miramar Beach FL

Perfect for a family that needs three bedrooms for adult couples and 4 grandkids to share one room in double bunk beds. Convenient to the beach and lots of beach stuff provided ie beach cart with big wheels, beach toys, beach towels, chairs etc. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Had a great time and the place was a great fit without breaking the bank!

it was okay

the check in process was okay. they send you a code with a video attached and i watched the video and the video wasn’t accurate instead someone called me. when i walked in there was still sand all over the floor and in the couch. the wifi was horrible and barely worked. I tried to contact someone about the wifi during a our stay and the phone number i was given when i called the guy said he didn’t work for the company anymore and i had to call the owner. i then tried to call the owner and no answer. I never received a code for the private beach access so when we would want to go the beach we had to wait for someone to let us through. i know this isn’t the owners fault but the chairs that were provided most of them were broken so just make sure to bring your own chairs.

Excellent Stay

Our family had an excellent time at this condo. The access to the beach right across the street was so convenient. The condo is very well maintained and worked out extremely well for our family. Luis was so awesome to work with and was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. If you are traveling to the Destin area you really need to look at booking this condo!!!!

The pictures posted are very accurate to the home. So close to the beach, great restaurants, walking paths, and shopping. Homeowner was quick to respond. Lots of great beach accessories provided. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

The home is a few much needed repairs away from being as nice as it looks in the photos. The good - it’s so close to the ocean and has a small ocean view from the balcony. -The bedroom layouts allow for privacy for multi family vacations. - there are so many toys, chairs, life jackets, carts and coolers that you do not need to bring anything for the beach! - even though it’s a condo we never heard our neighbors. - at this price point the location could not be better. - the house really is so close to being so nice. The Bad - the house is in desperate need of basic upkeep and repairs - the glass top stove was shattered - fire alarms were beeping for low battery or in other rooms just disconnected and bare wires were hanging from the ceiling - mold on the ceiling in the bunk bed room - the cleaning crew was just starting at check in so we had to wait a couple hours later than we expected. - the washer is broken but with enough persistence you can get it to work. - ruined drywall in several places - the parking is beyond tight for 3 cars - the only access to one of the bedrooms is via the garage - if you have kids you need bring baby gates. The stairs are steep and the living space is on the 2nd floor. - batteries were dead in most of the remotes -the owner also needs to update the basic information needed at the home like Wi-Fi and the gate code. If the owner could confirm that all these fixes were done the place would be great!

We currently live in Birmingham, AL. I am self-employed. I was born in Newark, NJ and my wife is an Alabama native. We love Destin, FL because its a place for families. So much to do for children and adults. We just love being on the water in our boat. We visit regularly.

We chose Destin, FL because our first time here was absolutely wonderful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves more than any other place we have visited. There is so much to do here for the family. We also purchased this home with one of our other family members. My uncle Eddie was a New Jersey corrections officer and held the position of Major. He spent 25 years in the New Jersey Dept of Corrections and retired November 25, 2016 and unfortunately died of a heart attack the next day November 26, 2016 at the young age of 44. He was more of a brother to me and we miss him very much. This house is something he and I wanted to do before his death and so his surviving wife Lucy, son Dante and daughter Ariana are co-owners with us on this home. This home means a lot to us.

We fell in love with this home because of its size at 2400 sq ft and the proximity to the beach. You can have your feet in the sand in under a minute. The rooms are very spacious and the home has been completely renovated. The open kitchen and living room is ideal for cooking and gathering the family together. With 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and double bunks for the kids there is plenty of room for everyone. There is also a sofa bed in the BR on the first floor and a very large sectional sofa.
