Welcome to Palm Oasis, a luxury beach retreat located in the exclusive gated beachfront community of ShipWatch in Miramar Beach, just minutes from Destin, Sandestin, and scenic Highway 30A. This beautifully designed coastal home sleeps up to 14 guests and features a private courtyard pool, separate guest house, and a bunk room that sleeps 6, making it perfect for family vacations and group getaways. Guests enjoy private ShipWatch beach access just steps from the home, along with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella setup on the famous sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast. With king suites, balconies, a gourmet kitchen, and elegant coastal décor, Palm Oasis offers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and unbeatable location for your Miramar Beach vacation.

Pool Heating (Optional)
Pool heating is available for $71 per day. Heating must be added for the entire duration of your stay—partial heating is not available due to the cost of initially heating the water. Please request heating at least 2 days prior to arrival.

Enjoy 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, set up daily for your convenience (March 1st - October 31st), with additional rentals available during these dates as well. Your luxury villa is located in the prestigious private gated beachfront community called "ShipWatch". Guests staying in the property have full access to the private beach while staying at the home. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach you are near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

The property was very clean with everything needed for our stay, stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes and flatware, the golfcart was very convenient using it for groceries, and lunch.Definitely recommend.

We had 6 adults and the accommodations were excellent. It is furnished beautifully and well equipped. The carriage house would have been a little cramped if we had more a couple of kids with us, but it worked well for our purpose. it. ia conveniently located near lots of restaurants and Winn Dixie and the outlets. There is no ocean view but the beach is a quick walk!!

Beautiful, clean home with a fully stocked kitchen including a separate ice maker. The beds were extremely comfortable! Air conditioning worked like a champ. The pool was very refreshing even in 90 plus temps. The closet near the garage has plenty of pool/beach toys, chairs etc. The walk to the beach was 5 min. from the house, with Beach Chair setups a plus as was the Golf Cart! The communication with the rental company Coastal Retreats was excellent. We highly recommend Palm Oasis for a great family vacation or group of friends.

This property was ideal for our family. The carriage house was great for my daughter, her husband and their 3 little children. Each bunk had its own TV and was easy to get to. In the pictures, the bunk room shows a couch, but there is actually a full size bunk bed. I would have preferred the couch or some sort of storage as it felt a little crowded and there was no place to put clothes. The pool was wonderful and the kids spent so much time there. It has a TV mounted where we put on their shows or music videos. The main house was spacious and the art work lovely. The one thing I would change inside is the table couch; while it is beautiful, it was very heavy to move and hard to get into and took up too much space.Although the listing does not say, there were plenty of toys, games, and books for the children inside and an entire closet across from the garage of beach and pool toys. The kids didn't want to leave and even after we got home are sharing how they miss the vacation house! The beach was close and beautiful. Overall, we were impressed by the property, the area, and the communication with the property management team. I highly recommend Palm Oasis! Thanks for an amazing vacation!
