great place, little trouble with guest coming in the gate but other than that amazing

Sierra, your reservation says only 2 guests. However, by nightfall between 7-10pm you had other guests arrive that were not part of this reservation which caused confusion at the guardhouse when all was provided to us was 2 guests. We accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities and graciously let you have close relatives over for dinner. We were not advised at any point of other guests staying at this home. Whenever you reserve, please be clear on how many guests will be staying and those that will only stop by so there are no discrepancies. We wish you and your family the absolute best. Good day!

The house was great and spacious. The facility was great (the pool and community area) we loved that the community was gated and quiet. Easy to walk around and fun activities for the kids on the property. The house itself, there was not enough toilet paper for the week for the amount of people on the reservations. We were under the assumption that there would be some things provided like dishwasher detergent for the whole week, trash bags, and salt and pepper. There were only a few of each. Also when we arrived the pool was not heated and it took 24 hours to get the heat turned on and another 24 hours for the pool to warm up. But once it was warm it was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot!

It’s great to know the kids had fun and that the gated neighborhood made your stay comfortable and relaxing. Regarding the pool heat, the system is equipped with a weather-safety feature that prevents the heater from turning on when outside temperatures drop below a certain level. This is done to protect the equipment from damaging. During your stay we experienced an unexpected cold front, which is why the heater did not start right away. Once temperatures rose, the heater was able to run normally and bring the pool up to temperature. For household supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent to help guests settle in, but for longer stays additional items may be needed depending on group size and length of stay. We appreciate your feedback and will review our supply amounts to see where we can improve. Thank you again for your stay and for your helpful comments. We truly appreciate it and hope to host you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this rental. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The game room was a fun bonus, though the air hockey table could use a little attention. The only minor kitchen note was that the faucet was a bit finicky and could use an update, but this did not impact our stay in any way.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub as much as we hoped due to a cold surge during our stay—but January weather in Florida can be unpredictable. We did, however, have one beautiful day and spent the afternoon enjoying the resort amenities. The resort pool was wonderful, the gym had great equipment for a solid workout, and the employees at the Windsor Resort café and store were extremely kind and friendly.The gated entry added an extra level of security, and the employees working the check-in were great—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had multiple cars (the limit is three), and they assisted us with entry each time. On two occasions, our entry code took an extra few minutes to scan for reasons we weren’t sure of, but the staff investigated and helped us through as soon as they were available.The home’s location was perfect—close to all the Disney parks, tourist attractions, and convenient shopping. The owner was very attentive, helpful, and quick to respond, which made the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very clean, the host responded quickly, pool and game room amazing. This is the perfect home away from home. They also have all the cookware you need.
