This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 18th floor of Ariel Dunes I where you will have spectacular gulf views from your private balcony. A King bed is situated in the master suite with a full bathroom and balcony access.The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a full bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. Also included in the unit is a set of Twin bunk beds for the kids, a full Laundry room, an upscale kitchen, spacious living room, and your own private balcony with gulf views. There is also a Pack-N-Play (linens not included) and booster seat provided for the little ones.

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin, Miramar Beach is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!

This area also boasts tons of shopping and dining options. The Silver Sands premium outlet mall is where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Miramar Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options sprinkled throughout the Miramar beach community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joe's) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytowne Wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids along with fireworks all summer long! The Grand Blvd shopping center just outside the gates of Sandestin offers even more upscale dining options, boutique shopping and a brand new movie theater!

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
