Alex is an excellent communicator, re: check in instructions, etc. The Signature complex is our go-to each Christmas (since 2018) and this year was our first in this 3-bedroom unit. This unit was by far the closest to the main pool/community building that we've stayed in. The wifi is strong and fast and allowed us to easily keep up on work needs, very much appreciated.The Whirlpool appliances were nice, newish, and entirely functional.Supply/variety of cookware and utensils was good.A few "would have been nice" items we noticed:there were no Kleenex in unit; we bought some at Targetthe light in master bathroom was out, so we swapped in a bulb from one of the bedroom night stands to get through - there were spare bulbs in the pantry but not the correct sizemaster bathroom outlets/GFCI did not allow the hairdryer to work, had to use the outlet next to the closet or the guest bathroom in order to use hair dryerTV was indecipherable to us; we had a firestick and used that in the master to access our own cable TV, we could not get any TV to function via the Cox remotesfrom past experience in this complex, we were not surprised by the quirky bathroom fixtures; we are surprised fewer owners have swapped them out, they are archaic!this 2nd floor unit is at the corner of Thompson Peak and 100th and is very very noisy; it sounded like the windows were open and is an unfortunate reality of the unit's location in complex - it's high traffic/high speed intersection
