It is the closest spot to go in the city center while it is very safe and quiet with everything that you might need just a breath away. Fantastic penthouse in the heart of Athens with a private pool overlooking Acropolis. Sparkliing clean, remarkable super attentive hosts, unique style. The best you can get in Athens!!

Excellent Property and Service

The pictures of this property don't lie - it's a beautiful property, it felt very secure, and had a wonderful view. They offer optional airport transfer service, which we used, and it made for a very smooth beginning and end to our stay.

Very nice industrial themed apartment with private pool!

This place was perfect even for our 2 year old son. All the balconies are safe and the pool is the perfect size. Everything you need is in walking distance as well. The apartment is cozy and the bed comfortable. Overall our experience is good because our toddler was happy. I would also recommend this apartment if you happen to be in Athens and need to work from a computer as the apartment has a couple desks and a relaxing feel to it.

Dazzling Downton Loft!

My husband and I were very happy with our stay, albeit too short. The condominium is a well thought out space that is efficient and comfortable. Yannis, the host was extremely gracious, responsive to questions and accommodating. The rooftop pool is a bonus and of course the view of the Acropolis is stunning. With the jet lag, we both found ourselves awake at 2:30am and swiftly found ourselves at the pool to to view the grandeur of the beautifully lit Acropolis. We found the neighborhood charming and the restaurants very good.

Great location, just 1 minute from metro and a very authentic neighbourhood, not at all touristy and lots of great bars and restaurants. Partically enjoyed The Place, a small alley with a very chill vibe. Owner and assistant were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious and well equiped.What we would have liked to have known beforehand:The pool is on the roof, Living area is first, then mezzanine bedroom then pool on the roof - bit of a pain when going back and forward for drinks.There was a terrace on the same level as the mezzanine but no shade or outdoor furniture which was a shame.The property is adjacent to a very busy road - four lanes of traffic and a railway line. The line has a crossing across the tracks for people to cross and consequently approaching trains blast their horns three times to alert people. It starts very early around 6am and continues until late at night. This did impact our enjoyment of the property.The property has lots of windows but no blackout blinds - take an eyemask if sensitive to light waking you up.

Dear Emma. Thank you for your review. Staying in the heart of the city center can be noisier than when you are in a suburb surrounded by trees. However there are double glazed windows that can make your stay relaxing. There are also shades in every window. They may leave a tiny beam of light get in the loft but nothing worth to mention. The pool has a refridgerator and a sink that can be used while you are there without having to go back and forth. Best regards Yannis & Rena

Très belle adresse, appartement magnifique et très bien équipé. La piscine en roof top est magique avec sa vue directe sur l'acropole.Propreté irréprochable et prestations haut de gamme.
