Just perfect in every way! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. Appreciated the humidifiers in every bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The walk to the lifts was shortest and easy, especially for Keystone! Great to have the ski locker as well. Our family of four all agreed we'd definitely stay here again! Love it!

We enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to restaurants. The television only worked the first night. Please be aware there is only 1 parking spot available. The additional parking spaces are about 5-10 minutes away.

Beautiful Place to stay

WE love how close it is to the Bunny slopes. Our Granddaughters learned to ski this year. Very close to Peru lift. The view from the condo is beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great - clean, comfortable and close to the lifts. The check in process after-hours is a disaster. If you can pick up your keys while the office is open, it works. If not, the process is a **** shoot and you shouldn’t expect much in terms of help.

Good for a ski trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the slopes was short and easy. The condo had plenty of room for our party of 8. The only problem was one of the shower knobs was difficult to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice three bedroom three bath condo less than a five minute walk to the Peru lift. Nice condo

Overall this condo is in a wonderful location and is very spacious and clean. Each room having its own private bathroom was really nice. We had a blast-even saw a moose. However, on a note of transparency to renters the condo does have a lot of wear and tear in it. Mainly cosmetic things though.

A little awkward, going to get the key from the main office. And we were given to access cards and with a large group of eight that was a little aggravating. Outside of that the location was super awesome. We were able to walk back for lunch every day. It is literally a two minute walk. Plenty of room for our large group. Internet never worked. Even though I sent a couple messages they never came to fix it. We use the neighbors. Also lacking on the large frying pan for cooking breakfast for multiple people in the mornings. There were two coffee pots one that the burner did not work and the other one that would boil out the water. I do not wanna sound like I’m just complaining. We were super pleased with the place. Just lacking on a few things to be perfect.

Not bad, but needs some maintenance

Overall, you can not beat the location. Steps away from Peru lift. Clean and spaces were good. However, the kitchen needs some attention...pots and pans need to be replaced. TV's are old. The room off the living area is very cold as other reviewers have stated, and you need to be prepared for that. Would be nice to have additional blankets provided above what was already there. We had to add our own blankets and brought a space heater.

Chateaux Dumont

Great unit 5 minute walk to lift. Easy in and out when skiing, to drop back in for lunch. Kitchen had all we needed to do our cooking. (except microwave/miniconvection oven didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to use it. Some instructions would be helpful) Unit was well appointed and very clean. Three bedrooms were great, each with full bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Fourth 'bedroom' didn't have privacy due to windows directly into living area and only has a small wall heater which was inadequate to keep the room warm enough. No firewood was available for the fireplace, also. Would stay there again.

We’re so happy to hear you had a great experience with us. However, we are sorry to hear that you had some issues with Instacart. We do not suggest scheduling deliveries to short term rental properties or condos because most delivery services don't have access to these areas. For future reference, you are welcome to have items delivered to our office in Keystone and pick them up at your leisure. Cheers!

A lovely weekend getaway

Every year my husband and I have a family mountain getaway with our respective sisters. This unit was more than spacious for the four of us and our stay was very comfortable. We had an issue with the TV in the primary bedroom but the management staff was responsive and helped take care of it. We personaly thought the beds were a bit soft, and the winter comforter on the bed was too heavy for this time of year. We called the management office and they were able to change out the comforters for lighter weight blankets. We thought the unit could use some light updates and we would have appreciated more hooks in the bathrooms; but other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Beautifully Modern

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully renovated condo with perfect location near Mountain House in Keystone. Easily walk to lift or ski school. Lots of room. Note to the owner, the place was dirty. We are paying $175 for cleaning and this place was not clean. Marinara on the counter, Shampoo foam, soap scum, hair in the showers, dirty toilet....and zero paper towels or cleaning supplies to tidy up. I would have words with your management company if I were you. Other than that, love this place.
