Thank you for the exceptional rating and review! We hope you will come be our guest again soon!!!

Thank you for your excellent rating and review of your recent stay with us. We do explain in the arrival information the toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags, is a complimentary start-up we have waiting in the unit for each guest arrival. It is up to the guest to replenish what they need once that is used up. We hate these details were not clear and we hope to make sure future guests know that information prior to arrival. As for forks, we wish you would've let us know as we would've made sure you had more for your group during your stay. Please know we have staff on call that are more than willing to assist with these kinds of issues if and when they arise. We are so glad that despite these minor issues, you had an enjoyable stay and hope you will come be our guest again soon!

Brandy, Thank you so much for your 5 star review!!! We are so glad that you enjoy staying at Island Sunrise. We apologize for the issue that you experienced with the lockbox but we got someone to you as quickly as possible. During the peak season, it can take some time to get through traffic and we also have to handle each situation with care. Each guest is very important to us and we are so thankful that aside from the issue you had with the lockbox, that you still had an enjoyable stay that was worthy of a 5 star review! We look forward to your return visit soon! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Gary, Thank you for the 4/5 star review. We would've happily had maintenance or a member or our appliance team assist you promptly with the dryer issue. Since the issue was not reported during your stay, we could not get the issues repaired in time for the next guest. We really need to know these things during your stay instead of reporting through a review after departure so we can have the issues addressed as quickly as possible. We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Thank you again for the great review! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Peggy, Thank you for your great review of your stay with us despite the moldy shower liner you found in the bathroom. We are so sorry you had to deal with that, but in the future, please alert us of the issue so we can replace it for you during your stay. Although it should've been changed prior to your arrival, but wasn't, we are very apologetic for this issue. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer returning guests. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Rachel, Thank you for such a great review of this property despite the parking issues. This is the first year in rental management that we encountered this problem. The association stepped in quickly to make necessary adjustments by issuing passes based on the number of bedrooms. For example, 1 bedroom units are allowed 1 parking pass, 2 bedrooms are allowed 2, etc. This has alleviated the issues with no parking. The association also has a guard on site to keep those that do not have parking permits off the premises. We do hope that this helps the issues but we can assure each guest that if they will contact our office during their stay, we will jump through all hoops to get our guests in a parking space. We hope you can return and be our guest again real soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Amanda, Thank you for your 4/5 star rating. We are happy to know you had such an enjoyable stay and hate you had so much confusion upon arrival. The email we send out to guests about a week prior to arrival lets guests know exactly what to do and how to access the property. We pride ourselves on making sure this information is up to date and correct to eliminate any issues with guests after their long drives to get here and begin their much needed vacations. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Jennifer, Our listing is referring to the actual unit as we have no control over when building maintenance will take place. We are usually notified ahead of time and we pass along every bit of information we are provided to all guests so they hopefully have no surprises during their stay. We are terribly sorry you dealt with construction, however we were never notified of this. The "off" season is when maintenance is always done on every building and property here on the coast. Unfortunately we have no control over pool closures or any other maintenance for that matter, as stated in your arrival information. We hate you feel we did not communicate with you during your stay but we did our best to get as much information we could regarding the situation you were dealing with. As for this unit, it most certainly has been renovated recently with an upgrade to the primary bathroom shower, the fixutres throughout, a new a/c unit, a full kitchen renovation, new living and dining furniture, just to name a few. We understand the building maintenance was the main issue and for that we are terribly sorry, but please understand, that did not have anything to do with us, and was completely out of our control. We hope you will give this unit another try so you can take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Nicole, Thank you for the excellent review of your stay with us in this great unit. We are so sorry for the items you mentioned being on the balcony. Had we been alerted of those items, we would've happily had them removed for you. We do have guests leave items behind that are good items other guests may want to use so housekeeping is instructed to leave nice items but not junk or items that need to be placed in the trash. We will let them know they need to do better in checking the items and also placing them in a closet and out of the way of the balcony. We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention the returning guest discount when booking with us again. We will apply this discount to all future bookings you secure with us. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Kristin, Thank you for your great review of your stay with us in this awesome property and also for bringing the items mentioned to our attention. We will see what can be done about hooks for towels and swimsuits as that will be an easy fix. We will also have maintenance check all furnishings and make necessary adjustments. We are so glad that despite the items mentioned, you had such an enjoyable stay. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. Thank you again for your awesome review! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Jessica, We understand your frustration regarding the parking situation at this property, however the details you share regarding the arrival details are not entirely true or correct. The arrival information states that you will not be able to purchase a 2nd parking pass during "peak season" which is when you were here and occupying this property. This is completely out of our control as the association on site is who makes the rules regarding parking and the ability of how many parking passes each unit is allowed to purchase. We hate you were so upset regarding this rule, however you misread the information you were provided and that is not our fault. As for the items you mentioned regarding the unit itself: we are not entirely understanding why these items were not mentioned to us during your stay when you contacted us so upset regarding the parking pass. We hope you were able to at least enjoy some portion of your stay in this great unit by enjoying the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the new furnishings that are provided in this great unit. We hope you will give us and this great unit another try to come back and take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. If not in this great property, perhaps in another unit we manage. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Jessica, We are so very sorry and saddened by your review. The parking pass situation was a total mishap and although you said it was handled promptly, it sounds like you had to jump through quite a few hoops to get it handled and that is unacceptable. The arrival details that are emailed to each guest has all of our contact info and every number where we can be reached. It is confusing to guests when they book through any third party, that once you are booked, all communication will need to be directly with the management company. The arrival email is also where the details are provided for what is supplied as a complimentary setup, which includes 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per receptacle, a roll of paper towels, a disposable sponge/scrubber, mini soaps, makeup wipes, single use dishwasher detergent, and single use laundry detergent. We apologize greatly for you not receiving this information, or if any portion of the information received was unclear. Last but certainly not least, we are very sorry for the way you were spoken to regarding the communication you received from our office. We have no excuses for why it occurred but can offer a sincere apology. We hope that despite this incident, you were able to enjoy the beautiful beach views this property offers, and also all the entertainment, restaurants, etc. this area offers. We hope you will give us another chance and take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. Thank you again for your review. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
