Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

It was a beautiful place to stay, felt safe while traveling with 4 women. The place was clean, excellent view and easy proximity to beach. The only complaint at all was water pressure ( which I'm not sure the owner has any control over. Other than that, awesome!

We had a great stay! The view was beautiful and the location was perfect—easy access to the beach and all the downtown restaurants and activities. The shower handle could be a little sensitive and the carpet and some furniture showed a bit of wear, but overall the unit was clean and comfortable. Liquid Life was wonderful to work with—communication was easy and the whole process was seamless.

Our stay at Sanibel was amazing! It’s rare you show up to a property and it’s nicer than you were expecting! It was so clean! The view was amazing. It was cool and comfortable. Fantastic home

Our stay was great! Lisbeth our host made everything so easy, check in, check out, any questions we had she was on it immediately. The home was beautiful and had all the essentials plus some fun extras! The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend vacationing at this home.

Honestly, a little disappointed for the price we paid. The showers in both bathrooms do not drain, so you are standing in a foot of water while you shower. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, however it takes running the dryer 3 times before your clothes are dry. The bedrooms are at the front of the condo, near the front door, so both bedroom windows face the main walkway of the entire building. Both bedrooms have a window that face the main walkway and while the windows do have some cheap blinds on there, there is absolutely nothing blocking any kind of light that comes in from the window. There are bright lights in the main walkway (as there should be) but there are no curtains or light blocking blinds that prevent the light from shining into the bedroom, especially the bedroom on the left. You might as well be trying to sleep in broad daylight. The bed in the bedroom to the left creaks and sways with even the slightest of movements, my husband and I had to shove pillows down in the gap between the mattress and the headboard. DO NOT try and turn the fan on in the bedroom on the left or it may fall from the ceiling and makes a terribly loud noise. So you can either be hot with the fan off, or try and sleep with an obnoxious racket from the fan. I just feel like the unit is a bit overpriced for what you actually get during your stay.

Great Sisters’ Weekend

Lovely, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly, and the house had the amenities advertised, even a coffee grinder! Great for our group of 8 women.

Great house for 3 families vacationing together

The house is open and comfortable. There were good places for our families to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Having the kids in the basement was a fun set up for us all. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard space as well.

Wonderful property

This house was absolutely beautiful .There were three huge bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen was a chef's dream and if you like to cook this is where you want to be. There was plenty of room to sit around the island and eat or watch the cook.

Great place - would stay again

Loved staying at this property. It was very clean and it worked great for 2 families - 4 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, storage containers, a blender, coffee maker and many other items including plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc. The large table was great for 8 and we enjoyed sitting in the breakfast area in the mornings. The host checked on us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

Spacious home with everything we needed. Bedrooms were ideal for us: large comfy beds, clean cushiony carpet and ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms on main floor. Basement is tiled but ideal with kiddos. Several beds in basement. I would definitely stay here again. The area was nice and close to everything.

Ad is mislead....it is across the street from the beach and has a great view of the water from the balcony but do not book based on believing ut is ON the beach like i did. I did hiwever enjoy everything else about the property.

Colorado Springs Girls Trip

We decided to take a mother daughter trip with friends, this was perfect location (close to my sister that lives there) The house was great and had room for everyone, the girls enjoyed the downstairs space with the bunk beds and air hockey, it was their own space. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the open kitchen and dining so we could all eat together and hot tup. Definitely recommend.

Great house!

The house is as described. Had all the needed accommodation, was clean and in a very convenient location. We had a problem with the internet and the property management team worked diligently to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling to the Springs and need a big house to be with your family and friends!

Overall our stay was good. The condo could use some updating. The property listing says there is private beach access but the access is actually a public access area. The furniture on the balcony was horrible…not comfortable at all and very dated. We were excited that there was a grill on the balcony but when we tried to use it, it didn’t work. The view from the balcony was good. Kitchen supplies were decent. The bedrooms were good size but one mattress needs to be replaced. We made the best of it and still had a nice getaway.
