Dette er et tre soveværelse, to fulde bad, 1/2 bad rummelige byhus beliggende to blokke fra stranden og strandpromenaden. Enhed funktioner central luft, privat vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, opvaskemaskine, udvidet kabel, internet, pool, udendørs bruser, dæk og pool med møbler, udendørs grill tilladt, en bil garage, en bil indkørsel og meget mere! For nylig malet. Dette er en ikke-ryger enhed, ingen kæledyr. Ingen lejere under 25 år. Ingen prom eller Senior Week huslejer. Vi annoncerer ikke på Craigslist.

Excellent accommodations. Plenty of room, and perfect bed configurations for our party of 10. I can’t say enough good things about the location. It really was perfect for anyone wanting to take advantage of the entertainment in Wildwood. I always appreciate having a pool for the kids. The owners really did their best to accommodate any minor issues that came up. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect!

Everything was exactly as advertised! The house was spacious, clean and has every amenity we needed. The host responded quickly to all my msgs, and the whole experience was pleasant.

Our family vacation was the end of July 2025. We had an exceptional time, the house felt like home away from home. It was extremely spacious, clean it was well kept. The location of this house to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and liquor store was perfect. Our kids and grandkids loved the heated pool. The only thing was the parking it would of been easier if we had a parking pass for one of our vehicles but other than that we had a great time and would definitely rent this home again.

Love the Location

Very nice house that is well maintained. Ideal location, only 1-1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Easy access and check-in, with a very friendly host. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. Three floors is a plus for sleeping arrangements, accommodating all family members. Wildwood is better today than it was 10 years ago!

Best Summer Ever

My family moved to West Virginia to care for my spouse's parents. Prior to moving, our children made terrific friends outside Philadelphia. Because we moved to the country, my kids have missed their old friends. My wife and I let them pick this vacation, allowing old friends to stay for the week. They had a blast on coasters, water-slides, eating ice cream, ocean, pool, eating pizza, etc, etc.

Great for a beach stay

This was a perfect place to stay for our girls trip over a long weekend. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is unmatched. Melissa was great to work with and the whole process was easy.

Summer Beach Trip

Perfect for what we needed. Proximity to the beach and stores a plus. Property was clean, well-stocked and comfy. Pool was a definite plus with 4 kids from ages 5 to 13.

Wildwood Vac

We loved the location. as it is only a block and a half from the beach/boardwalk. The location was very central to surrounding areas such as Atlantic City and Cape May. The parking garage is somewhat tricky in regards to space.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Melissa's Vrbo in Wildwood, NJ. The property was clean and comfortable, and its location/proximity to the boardwalk was ideal. Melissa was a wonderful host and they were always there to answer any questions I had quickly. The only downside was having to sacrifice space when packing to bring towels and sheets. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend and would love to stay again should I have the chance :)

Great place to stay in Wildwood

We come each year for a convention and decided to try this place for 2025. The house was very well equipped, clean, and ready to go when we got there. The owners communicated very well at every turn, and were readily accessible when I needed something. Be aware that the house is 4 levels with a lot of stairs. Also, the parking is extremely painful. The garage will only fit a compact car, and the space in front of the garage barely fits a mid-sized SUV (think Ford Explorer). Anything larger and you'll have serious problems. The spot is in the corner, and you have to make a 90-degree turn into the spot, in very tight quarters. This is not the owners fault, just the unfortunate design of the building. We also had issues with other renters in the building not parking completely in their spots, making it difficult to get in and out. Again, not the owners fault, but want to put it out there so you know what you are getting into. Parking is manageable, but can be a struggle. Still giving this stay 5-stars because of the owners hard work providing a beautiful house and helping when I needed it. I would stay here again, but bring a smaller car!

Everything as listed!

We found this place to be just as listed. Which was very nice. Agree with others that parking is tricky if you have an SUV or truck but even that was mentioned in the details, so we were prepared to make arrangements. The resident neighbors were very kind and understanding while we packed/unpacked. I prefer having linens provided but again it was made clear in advance. And we appreciated the use of the bikes. We had no power 2 of the 4 days we stayed (substation fire) so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the stay but not a reflection on the place itself.

Beautiful Little Community

I called it a little beautiful community because out of the five places we met four out of the five people saying that week and all were warm, welcoming and friendly and it felt like a little community that the night it stormed someone helped us pull in all of our pool stuff and a different day someone pulled in our trash can for us even though we were right there to get it. You are just two blocks from the beach and from some of the best shops on the boardwalk if you ask me. The pool is right outside your door front door which is super convenient. The bedrooms are big enough to not feel cramped in all week and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our week down and because we had a one and a half year old it was super nice to find a baby gate already in the closet! 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!

Great Townhouse

Melissa was great to communicate with. My family loved the townhouse. It was very comfortable and spacious. We were 8 in total. We loved the kitchen and island. The sectional couch was awesome!! The top floor bedroom was perfect for the teenager kids. It was decorated very cute in a beach theme. Kids were up at the boardwalk every night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The Dugout Ice Cream place was great (4 minute walk). Island Bagels down the street was a hit for breakfast. Bagels are huge. The only negative was parking in the garage. Thats why I deducted one rating star. We parked an SUV in the garage and my Expedition behind it. It was very, very tight. Every time we went out and came back we had to move the very tall metal maintenance ladder for the pool and put it back that was inbetween the neighbors parking spot behind ours. Plus move the mirror in. Its very tricky if you have a large vehicle or truck. If you don't it's fine. Neighbors to the left of the townhouse were very nice people.

Close to Everything

Melissa was super responsive and attentive. Although the space was tidy, I wouldn't say it was clean. Both the shower and sink in the main bathroom was clogged and would not drain for extended periods of time. Melissa did reimburse me for Drano I purchased to try and alleviate the issue but it still didn't drain. The bedroom were spacious, however the mattresses especially those in the bunk room and two full beds where so thin you could feel all the springs. There were stains around the A/C vents in the ceilings that resembled mold. The space didn't seem to have been cleaned before our arrival although it was noted it was. There was cookware and kitchenware that was available but again not well maintained and poorly organized. Parking was difficult but was mentioned in the listing so we knew what to expect. Overall the pool was great for the kids, however the outside space specific to the unit was not maintained well. Overall the unit was comfortable for our large family.

Pool a Plus, but Unit Not Very Clean

This is our second stay at the Sonata, and our first stay in this unit. We like the location of the Sonata relative to the boardwalk and beach. The heated pool is a major plus for this community (especially with young kids). We also enjoyed the plentiful bikes and space this unit offers for our larger group. Unfortunately, that's where the pros end. The unit was not well cleaned when we arrived. The toilets were dirty, the floors were not well-swept or vacuumed, the shower drains were full of hair, the pillows were stained, the coffee maker was dirty, there were animal feces outside the door to the pool, there was a pair of underwear (from a prior guest) behind the nightstand in the master bedroom, and a USED condom (also from a prior guest) under the bed in the guest bedroom. Need I say more? For the record: the owner did offer to have the unit cleaned again after we arrived, which we declined as we had already unpacked and tidied up (we have toddlers who roam around so waiting for a cleaning crew was not realistic) and, to be honest, we did not have any faith in the cleaner's abilities based on the obvious lack of attention to detail in the pre-arrival cleaning. We also did not want a cleaning crew in the unit unattended while we had all of our belongings unpacked. At checkout, the owner offered a partial refund of the cleaning fee for these inconveniences. The beds (other than the master bed) were not comfortable according to ALL of our guests. They indicated that the mattresses were cheap and thin. One of our guests was even compelled to order a foam topper for next-day delivery. It was that bad. The pool heater broke or was turned off in the middle of the week, so we weren't able to swim for 2 days; but the owner stayed in contact with the pool company until it was fixed, which we appreciated. The fact that no linens, towels, soaps, paper of any kind, are not included is disclosed in the check-in information, but is still super inconvenient. At this price point, hand towels and soap in the bathrooms are a minimal expectation and should be included in a rental. Also, an air fryer/toaster oven and water cooler would be a welcome addition to this unit (they are included in the other unit we rented in this community). Obviously we did not have the best experience here; BUT to end on a positive note, we did appreciate the owner's timely responses to our messages. We hope the above issues are addressed for future guests.

Une semaine à Wildwood en famille!

Nous étions 10 personnes dont 6 adultes et 4 enfants de 18 mois à 9 ans. Nous avons passé du bon temps et profiter de la mer et des belles vagues. Boogie pour les 3 plus jeunes car bonne marche pour eux. Belles chambres. Très très tassé pour 10 personnes à table. Pas de BBQ. Petite piscine appréciée.

Great Location close to everything!

The best thing of staying at this property was the location to everything. My family and I were able to walk just about everywhere and didn't have to move the car. Some things that could have been improved were the serving dishes when cooking. Lots of plastic everything and no real serving bowls. Also the kitchen did have some kind of flies that looked like the owners were trying to take care of but the flies were annoying. The place was very spacious and room for all to sleep comfortably. Master bed was comfy, some other guest complained of springs in the bed. The pool was pretty but heater was broken so we were able to go in due to being a little chilly without the heater this weekend. All in all we would stay again and had a wonderful weekend.

Weekend Away

Fantastic house, very clean, organized and spread out. Covered parking was great while it was raining and the pool made a great stay at home and relax option. Had a minor issue with the AC during our stay, the issue was handled almost instantly after sending a text. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Great Place with a Pool !!

This place was for the most part pretty great !! Location was fantastic ! Less than 2 blocks from the pier and the pool was great for those extra hot days that you didn't want to go to the beach. House was definitely fully stocked with whatever u needed. Only 2 things that I wasn't to fond of was the fruit flies in the kitchen, but I asked the neighbors and it's a common thing down the shore, and the parking was really tight !! Other than that, fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay again !!

It was a wonderful little get away!

Communication with the property manager was incredible. Always a quick response. The property was very nice and tastefully decorated. The pool was nice to have there and the neighbors were great. Short walk to the boardwalk and to several restaurants. Great place to spend a vacation.

Thanks for a great family vacation

The owner of the property was very easy to get ahold of and answered our questions. My girls loved the heated pool, which was right outside on the deck. The convenience to the boardwalk and pier made it easy for us to enjoy the Wildwood experience.
