Beautiful and Clean!

This house is wonderful!! Perfectly clean! Beautifully decorated! Gorgeous views of the gulf and the bay! Completely stocked kitchen and large walk-in pantry. The elevator is great for carrying in/out luggage and groceries. Huge garage space. We had 2 families there for a total of 12 people, and we felt very comfortable.

Fantastic location and house

Our family of 6 has now rented this house twice. My brother’s family of 4 has been able to join us both times. The floor plan is great. It offers space for a large group to gather on the middle floor in the kitchen/dining/living area, and the large bedrooms (located on the lower, middle, and upper floors) offer plenty of private space when you need it. The house is perfectly clean! The views of the bay and the gulf are beautiful! Overall, it is such a great house!

Shore perfection was truly perfection! The house was perfect for our group ..

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was stocked with everything we needed …. So beautiful and comfortable .. the only thing I would say negative about this property is that the beach was very very small and the they were re establishing the sand dunes and there was equipment and workers constantly out there with machinery that made a lot of noise. But we had a wonderful stay…. I wish I could decorate like the owners of this home..

Heaven on the beach!

What an amazing trip. This home is perfect in every way. The decor is stunning. The house was fully stocked with anything you may need. There was plenty of space in the home for each person to feel spread out. The view of the sunset each night was perfection. It was an easy walk to the beach and an east walk to the pool. The infinity pool that overlooked the bay was an added bonus. We absolutely loved the pickle ball courts. We road bikes and explored the nature and tranquility of the area. It was wonderful to vacation somewhere that was super busy. It made us stop and relax and enjoy our company. My only negative would be that the pillows need updated in the bedrooms. If you are going in the fall, like we did, the pools are not heated (or weren’t when we were there) and that was painful. If these are my only 2 “complaints”, then I think you should be good. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It is absolutely stunning and we will be back again!!

Perfection

This was our third family vacation at Cape San Blas, but our first time staying at Shore Perfection. Our family loved this location. While the pictures give you a pretty good idea of what to expect, they really fail to do justice to the beauty and comfort and spaciousness of this house. The house is very well decorated and maintained, with tall ceilings and minimal, tasteful, coordinating decor throughout. The furnishings were ample and comfortable. We had a party of 11 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms gorgeous. To say the kitchen was well appointed is an understatement - there were dishes and cooking supplies enough for an army. I've learned to bring a few kitchen essentials along 'just in case' to many a VRBO rental, but this house had at least one, if not two, of EVERYTHING - even a Kitchenmaid mixer. We appreciated the two dishwashers and the two kitchen sinks. The pantry was wonderful - both because it was well stocked with cooking supplies, but also because we brought a ton of food and it was nice to have a central location to store it all out of sight. The elevator was a godsend for moving supplies from our cars to the various floors. The beverage fridge and ice maker in the living area were great, allowing us to maximize the space in the fridge for food and minimize congestion in the kitchen. Our family enjoyed playing games in the main living area and watching movies. The beach side decks were used a lot as well, our favorite being the one on the forth floor which has comfortable rocking chairs and a great view. It's a short walk from the house to the bay side, where some of our party enjoyed watching the sunrise and the fish jump each morning. The infinity pool overlooking the bay made for a nice change of pace from a dip in the ocean. The shower on the ground/garage floor was private and roomy and provided lots of space for hanging wet towels to dry and made keeping sand out of the house a breeze. Overall, the location was quiet and peaceful and very private. The property management group was very responsive when we did have one bizarre issue with the oven. In fact, they showed up to help shortly after we called. Fortunately, the grill was in perfect working order, and clean, so we were able to use it to cook our meals. Kudos to the owners of Shore Perfection for designing and decorating the perfect spot for a beach vacation.

Beautiful house with several issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, we were immediately in awe of how gorgeous this house is. However, we soon realized this 4 story home had a broken elevator! Sure we could use a little extra exercise, but it became a HUGE inconvenience pretty quickly. Having planned to accommodate my wheelchair bound father in law so he could attend our wedding, that would now be impossible. There were no solutions suggested and no type of reimbursement offered, was just told they were sorry. Other issues included a broken refrigerator, grill was not in working order and the ice machine stopped making ice on day 2. The management company was able to provide an extra refrigerator to help with our overflow of food for 9 people plus wedding food, and for that, I’m thankful. My overall review is based on the issue with the elevator and the lack of concern we received about it.

We loved our stay but had issues with Cape & Coast maintenance. The refrigerator was supposed to be repaired three days into our TWO WEEK stay (so we were told vie email) but no one ever showed. I called, Emailed and called again for two weeks but got no response or call back. This is no fault of the owners of the home but a failure on the rental company. I never did get any response back even on the last day of our stay. We love this home and im sure will rent again but I hope this failure was just something rare and not how Cape & Coast operates.

The home itself is beyond description and every detail was given great thought and planning. You need to bring clothes PEROID! As a snowbird, there are many kitchen and household items we bring with us, but at Shore Perfection we left it all packed and never wanted for anything. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable, and all the bedrooms were very generously sized! Gorgeous views from the 3rd and 4th floor decks. The kitchen is a cooks dream! The community amenities are wonderful as well! Kudos again to the owners and thank you for sharing your home. You will not be disappointed!

The master suite on the top floor, you could live up there . Nothing was spared in building this house . We can’t wait to return. Cape and Coast is a awesome company to rent with , they went above and beyond to make our stay exactly what we wanted.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful but dusty. Coffee maker still had used coffee grounds in it. Too many codes to try to remember Gate code.Door code. Gate to beach code and pool code. Got first 2 in advance. Did not get pool or beach code until I was messed up during first day there. No dish so had to use Roku. Direct TV in the 3rd floor bedroom never worked while we were there Repair guy from Direct said it was a wiring issue. If on floor 2 be ready for walking noise from above floors.
