The house was really awesome with lots of space for lots of people. Great access to the beach and the pool was a bonus. We had a few issues with the house during our stay. Was able to solve most of the issues fairly easily. The house definitely needs some maintenance, but we sure enjoyed our stay there.

We worked hard for this guest and addressed every minor concern in a timely fashion. At times we find people come to the beach to enjoy the beach and our awesome homes. We like those guests. Easy Breezy is an awesome, spacious, well cared for home on Cape San Blas. Be Our Guest!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy Breezy was exactly as advertised. Perfect location, beautiful home, well equipped, and clean. Everything was provided that you might need. Beds were comfortable. Porches on every level to enjoy the incredible sunsets. The elevator was greatly appreciated. Management provided excellent customer service.

Amazing Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every thing was perfect and as described. The only thing I would recommend is better refrigerators we had issues multiple times through the week with both of them. Needs better nonstick cook ware and a hand mixer as we cooked every morning and night and only had 2 skillets that we could use. It would also have been nice if the grass in the back was mowed and cut away from the walkway. It was too grown up and a good place for critters to hide!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has rented this property 4 consecutive years. Cape & Coast has been the rental company up until this year. Upon arrival, we found that someone had been ill in the 1/2 bath off the kitchen and the under side of the toilet seat had NOT been cleaned!!! We cleaned it ourselves. The shower on the 2nd floor had mildew growing in the corners. There was mildew on the ceiling hall 4th floor. Trash can drawer is broken. Ceiling fan in the 2nd floor king room didn’t work. Dining Room chair broken. Kitchen freezer door is broken. One of the kitchen drawers jumps off track when opened. No measuring cup. No tea pitcher. The pool was not cleaned all week, and it had sand and bark in it when we arrived. Overall, I feel like the maintenance of the property has greatly declined over the past 2 years while the rent continues to increase!

Honest Review - Been vacationing on the Cape for many years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit the cape every year with a large group. We've stayed in some awesome homes. This property did not meet our expectations. While the home has potential, it appears to be in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Additionally, the online photos portray the interior much more favorable than seeing the property in person. During our stay, we encountered several maintenance issues, including: •The curtain rod in the upstairs right-side king suite fell off the wall.•The toilet paper holder in the middle bathroom would not stay in place.•The towel bar in the middle-floor king suite repeatedly fell off the wall when brushed against.•The right-side dishwasher was difficult to operate and inconsistent when starting.•Both gas grills were unusable due to propane leaks. We purchased and refilled a propane tank in anticipation of grilling steaks, only to discover neither grill functioned properly, resulting in an unnecessary expense.•We could not locate a dustpan when sweeping up sand. We also had concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property. While the management company was prompt in sending someone out to address the issues, finding sand and hair in the children's beds, as well as a headband left in the middle master bedroom bed, was disappointing and raised concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Upon arrival, the pool water was dark, cloudy and appeared poorly maintained. Although we appreciate that someone was sent to address it, it was frustrating given the amount of money it cost to rent this property. Additionally, we discovered and removed a dead rat from the pool the following day. The pool would benefit from more consistent maintenance and cleaning. Lastly, there was a paddleboard and kayak at the property, however there were no paddles, making the equipment unusable.On a more positive note, VayKLife was
