Since the day we listed our property over 6 years ago, it has included the following description: “Off the main foyer, there are 3 separate bedrooms each with a locked entrance and it's own ensuite bathroom. There is a lower level around the back of the house with a separate entrance to a lounge with a kitchenette.” The pictures and description in our listing communicate as clearly as we can the unique characteristics of our property. We are also always available to answer any questions customers may have.

With regard to your criticism of our description of the layout of the house, here is a quote from our listing: “Off the main foyer, there are 3 separate bedrooms each with a locked entrance and its own ensuite bathroom. There is a lower level around the back of the house with a separate entrance to a lounge with a kitchenette.” We do not hide the fact that our layout is quirky and we accurately describe it in the listing. We also quickly answer any questions potential renters may have about the property before booking to make sure we are a good fit. But ultimately, it is up to the renter to do their diligence. With all that said, your criticism of our description is unfair as it leaves the impression we are trying to hide something. Best regards, Lance
