As always, we follow strict cleaning practices per CDC guidelines and maintain high standards for every stay.

- Guest will be required to sign a basic Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties for June-July 2026 stays and possibly for other stays.
- The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners.
