Very nice

This location was very clean and well kept. Tessie was super nice and the physical location was perfect for our trip. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental property

Very comfortable 2 BR/Bath and 1/2 property in country setting but close to resturants, shopping and attractions .Good communication with the hostess . Would definately stay here again if available .

Charming villa

We enjoyed our month out in the countryside & having the little place to relax. Loved walking on property & Bishop road each morning. Our place had all conveniences we needed. Hope we can return next year.

Amazing

The room was awesome. Super clean and very comfortable. The area is very peaceful and quiet. You are minutes from the beach with zero crowds or noises. We will be back for sure. The owner makes you feel right at home. I would say its the cleanest room we have ever rented.

Needs Structural Repairs - Owner acknowledged.

Just what the title says. I was in the home for approximately one month. The kitchen floor flexes under foot considerably in the kitchen. The property owner cautioned me at check in that she knows about it and needs to get a carpenter out to fix it. I twisted my ankle walking across the floor with groceries. I checked out a week early. House is cute (well worn) but shouldn’t be rented until the floor is repaired. Owner refused to credit back the week early departure due to the unsafe floor. Sad.

It was clean and plenty of room for the two of us. I hate I did not get to meet the owner but we plan to rent from her again.

Cute base for Fairhope visit

This property was a cute little house that was perfect base for our visit to Fairhope and the Arts and Crafts Festival. It is far enough out to be quiet and peaceful, but not so far as to be inconvenient. Tessi was great. She checked us in and told us to let her know if we needed anything. The two bedrooms and 1.5 baths were perfect for me, my husband and 19 year old daughter. We had local TV stations, plenty of towels and coffee.

Well Furnished, Hospital clean reasonable pricing.

We really enjoyed our stay, just wish we had stayed longer. Furnishings are extremely quality, from the heavy enamel sinks, to the tile everywhere, beautiful landscaping and very kind and helpful host. If you are 6 foot 6 or taller I would not recommend because the front entry is a bit low. At 6-4 I cleared it fine but much taller and it could be a problem. Queen or King size bed would have been nice, but full size is to be expected at the price point. The addition of a driveway to parking areas would be a welcome upgrade. With that said I got much more than I paid for and was quite happy with our stay. The drive to all kinds of fun are within about 30-40 minutes. If you plan to shop in Fairhope though you better make north of 100k a year as the shops are quite nice but obviously geared for the top 5% of earners. Plan to travel to Orange Beach or the public Beaches in Gulf Shores for beach play. I could see traffic and crowding being a problem in non Covid times but it was not a problem for us. The pier in Fairhope is worth a visit, my girlfriend and I loved it and you can do it in a couple hours. Only wish we had seen the Battleship in Mobile which is close. We will be back and we would stay at Tessie's place next time as well. She is very sweet and obviously has invested a boatload of time, energy and money into her units.

I do not advertise that internet is provided. This booking was to have been for 3 teachers in their 60's. The travelers that arrived were purported to be a mother and father, and their 31-year-old son, with special needs instead of the 3 teachers. I cannot control how far a traveler has to drive. I believe the father and son came from Florida and the mother from Mississippi. And they arrived in 2 cars. There are many activities within 10-30 minutes from the house, and there is also a Guide Book in the house stating those activities, where the activities are, and how far they are. So sorry for any inconvenience they experienced. In the future, I would suggest that it would make for a better experience for both traveler and host, if the traveler would provide the correct information to the host about who would be coming, because it was rather awkward. I would like to thank the guests for respecting my property, and leaving it in good condition. And I would like to thank the father for "his service to our country"; He shared info about his war injury when they checked in. Tessie

Guest house stay

My husband and I had a very nice stay. Tessie the owner was such a great host. Very informative of the area. The house was immaculate. The court yard garden was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful quiet setting. I highly recommend Tessie and her properties. So thankful she accepted our request for our stay. Hope to stay again.

What a great place!

My wife and daughter and I decided to take a quick beach trip and found this jewel of a place to stay. Tessie was very accommodating and her place was very clean. If your looking for a place in a beautiful location outside of all the hustle and bustle of town, this is your place. Can’t wait to return!

Quiet and relaxing

I took my son fishing for several days and this property was close to a friend. It was very convenient for our purposes. Gulf shores is about 30 minutes away and bay fishing is much closer. There are several restaurants just a few minutes away. The accommodations were very nice and the owner was very helpful and a wonderful lady. I will book Sienna House the next time I come south for fishing!
