Renoveringer til ydersiden af Grand Tower gennemføres dette efterår. Ring til kontoret for detaljer. Denne to soveværelser to badeværelser Gulf Front Condo er placeret på sjette sal i vores Grand Tower Building. Den fantastiske udsigt fra ejerlejlighed er ideel til at se solnedgange! På grund af sin beliggenhed er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide kvarts strand. Denne smukt indrettede ejerlejlighed er perfekt til en Siesta Key ferie. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og gæstersoveværelset har to queen size senge med en 32 "fladskærms-tv i begge soveværelser. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, er det maksimale antal gæster tilladt at sove i denne enhed seks. Føreren Badeværelset har et walk-in bruser med en bænk og grab barer, og gæstebadeværelse har et walk-in shower med greb barer så godt. Det åbne køkken har en overflod af skabe. Det er fuldt udstyret med alle de elementer, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister, og kaffemaskine og en Keurig kaffemaskine. Lejligheden har flise i hele enhed. Den komfortabelt indrettede gårdhave er blevet indarbejdet i stuen og har glidende vinduer, som giver dig mulighed for at nyde vores varme tropiske brise. Stuen er udstyret med en 55 "fladskærms-tv med HD-service til din nydelse. Poolen på stranden vist på billedet er ikke en del af vores ejendom.

Not the view we hoped for or paid for..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming here for years and we love the location. Unfortunately, we booked the same condo we have in the past because we love the view and set up. No one told us that the main window was boarded up and we had no view. We paid for the view and felt that someone should have told us in advance. Then, the freezer did not work properly and we ended up throwing our food out. It was a good vacation because we were together as a family but it was not what we expected and we had someone handicap with us that was excited to have the amazing view we had in the past.

Nice place - would stay again

The place was clean and as shown in the photos aside from two temporarily missing windows which we were told of ahead of our visit. Would have been nice to have our full view but we didn’t spend that much time in the unit anyway and still had a nice view. The location to the beach was wonderful! We didn’t have any problems getting chairs but we would head down when we noticed the chair supply getting low which was easy to see from our location. The kitchen seemed adequately stocked for light cooking and there was a nice sized cooler in the closet for the beach.

We always stay in the tower because it is closest to the beach. Our unit (63) was updated and beautifully decorated, and very clean. Over the years we have been very satisfied with our units. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. We use the fitness room and the pool as well, but of course our favorite is the beautiful beach. The best part of Palm Bay Club are the people! The office staff (who are always busy) are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff, maintenance, grounds crew, security, and beach attendant are all very friendly. We look forward to seeing everyone year after year. We would highly recommend Palm Bay Club!!

Found a Gem

We loved this property and would stay here again. We wish there was a balcony to enjoy the sunsets from and the pillows weren't for me, but other than that the place is fantastic. Location is great. Office staff was great -- and attentive. Maid service is something we paid for and an army of maids came to our room with nice attention to detail. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was modern.

Not the PBC of old - that’s both good and bad

Reviewer Comments: Kudos to the management for finally securing the property from the ever present locals who would manage to hit the beach and snag all the chairs. The chair situation is still a bust - probably done on purpose to drive business to the two guys selling the tents and cabanas. They did a better job of enforcing encroachment from adjacent resort (volleyball players) and stopping the saving of too many beach chairs. The gate is a godsend, the wrist bands are no big deal but folks are still inviting TONS of visitors - not sure what can be done about that. What stinks is the fact that housekeeping is no longer included in the rate (and we were told this at check in on a Rez made a year earlier when this was included.) Management will tell you “you can do your own sheets and towels” in the W/D on each floor. At a minimum they should credit each laundry card with $6 per week to do this. Grill and court reservations weren’t a problem and thankfully our unit had some beach chairs. This unit wasn’t especially well cleaned at check in (crumbs on kitchen counter, lightbulb out over kitchen island, used coffee pod on counter) and the extra blankets needed on beds (it was cold) were only so so and we had to go buy our own. Kitchen wasn’t especially well stocked and what it did have was of very poor quality. Furniture and flooring were nice, but won’t rent due to quality of kitchen. Elevators failed only once during visit but otherwise reliable (not always the case).

Great Condo Fabulous View

We had a great time with another couple. The condo is very spacious and updated. The bedrooms are not close together which is perfect when traveling with friends. We really enjoyed the sunsets every night over the gulf.

Amazing view, great location

If you're looking for a great view at ocean front, this is it! Condo is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and it's located in a great spot. Plus the private beach is a plus. Not crowded. The only downside now is, the policy has changed to a minimum of a 7 night stay.. Which will steer me away now as I can't do 7 nights or else we'd be back for a 3rd year in a row next year! Overall, the property is a true gem.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was immaculate and beautiful!!! Everything from the decor, appliances and updates were truly wonderful! The best part…the most incredible view of the ocean!! Great people watching, too!! We will definitely be back!!

It had the most amazing views of the beach and gulf. The unit itself was immaculate and had everything you needed. The Palm Bay property is clean and in a great location on Siesta Keys. The beach is amazing. We spent all our time at the property since baseball was in lock down. Can't wait to return for our next visit.

Reviews on The Palm Bay Club were good. This condo gives you many options but we knew we wanted one that had a view of the ocean 24/7. #063 delivered everything we were looking for. So much that we came back this year and hope to visit here again next year. This condo is clean, well decorated and only two miles from the center of the Village. Many restaurants to enjoy. We always rent a car but you don’t really need to. There is a trolly that you can take back and forth.

Wonderful!

Beautiful condo! Clean, new and decorated nicely. Amazing views of the beach and sunsets every night. Unfortunately we experienced red tide during our stay. We were grateful to have the pool on the bayside to enjoy when we couldn’t enjoy the beach and felt that the Palms had the cleanest area of the whole beach! Very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
