Communication with Host was awesome. Answered all my questions promptly and let us check in early. Property was very clean and as listed. Close to beach with private access gate. Beach is wonderful has white sand and crystal clear water. Private pool is also nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean condo. Good communication with host. Huge, beautiful beach; fair walk to the water’s edge from condo. Pool only open till dusk, wish it was lit and stayed open longer. Pleasant stay.

We had a lovely week here! My husband and I stayed in the king bedroom (the bathroom is in the hallway), and my daughter, her husband, and their two-year-old stayed in the two queen room with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for the small amount of cooking we did :).We spent most of our time out of the condo at the beach or in town. The pool (near front of property) was not crowded and easy to use. Parking was very convenient.I messaged the host several times in advance, and she was always responsive.Siesta Key was a wonderful place to visit and I highly recommended! Thank you.

I was skeptical to rent this condo because it had no prior reviews. Learned my lesson, the only good thing about this condo is that it is a short walk to the beach. The pillows were stained and the fist night I had to put a shirt over them until they came to change them the next day, the floors were so dirty my grandaughters feet were black, the toilet downstairs was not cleaned, the carpet is very dirty, and there is a musty smell, the laundry is not in the condo and you have to pay to do laundry, not enough towels, there were exactly 3 hand towels, so when you wash them you don't have a replacement, not worth it for the money.

I’m not even sure where to begin. When I received Emilia’s message, I went to the property the next day to check the pillowcases myself. I did not find any stains, other than one very small orange marker spot on one pillowcase. The floors were not dirty, the toilet was clean, and the carpet was also clean. While I was there changing the pillowcases, I showed them to her daughter, and she said she could not see any stains either. I also asked if they would like the bedding changed, and they declined. There were plenty of towels and hand towels provided for the stay. We take cleanliness very seriously and responded right away to address the concerns, but based on what I personally saw, the property was clean and properly stocked. Given Emilia’s expectations, a hotel may be a better fit for her in the future rather than a privately owned VRBO home.

This was our first VRBO experience, and we were pleasantly surprised. The property was in great condition, very clean, and exactly as advertised. We were initially a little concerned that the pool was close to the road, but once we were in it, we didn’t notice it at all. The private beach access was fantastic. We’ve visited several public beaches in the area, and this one was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

The host communicated with us and even allowed us to check in a little early. Everything was clean and proximity to the beach was great. Just a short walk. It is comfortable for 4 adults.
